Pros and cons
The fact that it is integrated with our MLS is great. I also like that you can modify and add pages to tailor to your own needs.
I love that it is straightforward and very easy for me to use.
There are custom branding and page options to help tailor the report to your clients. It it such a great tool that every Realtor should be using.
I would definitely take this into consideration prior to paying the yearly fee. If it does not work when you need it, Then it really is a useless program.
You should be able to count on it and you can not. They take 24-48 hours for a ticket wasting agents time and interrupting work flow.
I have used this program for 4+ years and it has to many glitch's for the money. Customer service is horrible and they do not have the training to support their clients.
