I solved my business problems by switching to Brokermint.
I liked the concept of this transaction management software, but was not happy with it's functionality.
It was very difficult to learn and to teach to agents, which in turn made client interaction more difficult.

Brokermint is superior to skyslope and dotloop and the service is far better than Dotloop.
The combining of transaction management and back office.
I would prefer a total integration with Docusign instead of Hello Sign. Support could be open for 6 hours on Saturday.

This is a great system for not only preparing and getting signatures for real estate documents, but also for keeping everything in one place. I wish more real estate companies in my area used this.
The ease of use, user-friendly format, and overall document management is in my opinion much more preferable than Dotloop. Another major plus is being able to split documents.
I would love to see a strikethrough feature added. That is the one thing I miss about Dotloop.

No problems. Just switching from Dotloop to Brokermint. Seems like a little easier program for the agents and staff.
I like having the option to create fields I need.
I'm just getting started, so I haven't found anything yet.

It is so easy to use! From day 1 I was able to easily figure out how to do everything I needed to do. Its very customizable which is extremely helpful for our company.
The e-sign aspect could be more user friendly. It is not as seamless as lets say Dotloop is at e signatures.

The ability to store and organize files, to easily access data and run reports, and the ability to create checklists to stay on top of files.
I love the ability to easily create checklists and assign them to various people. It's easy to upload documents and run reports, too.
It is not easily integrated with other major software companies, such as dotloop. This makes it difficult to communicate with other teams or offices, especially to share documents. We are a team within a real estate office. Our office uses dotloop, but our team prefers Brokermint. The problem we face is that it is impossible to share data between the platforms, so I have to duplicate the work in order to use our team preference and also send files via dotloop with the office staff. I wish Brokermint allowed actual documents (not just links) to be emailed out. If they could enable that feature, then I would be able to email documents directly into dotloop, which would make Brokermint a much better product overall!

I have thoroughly enjoyed Brokermint and all it's great features!
It is efficient and very user friendly. I have used other tools for coordinating my real estate transaction such as Dotloop and SkySlope but this has been by far the best!
I used to not like that the forms were not included but now they are! No complaints here.

Sa I stated above, the only thing I currently use are the deposit functions, which are easy enough to use.
The end result of getting deposits handled without having to visit the office. Direct deposit works very well, but these are the only two things I really use.
I have to honestly say, with CRM programs and Dotloop and everything else on our plates, I have never taken the time to sit down and learn what all the program can do.

All of the contracts are populated from our real estate board.
It’s not easy to keep all items in one place. I don’t like how I can’t add items for signature into my checklist, and honestly my clients don’t find it as user friendly as Dotloop.

It’s a good tool
The Transaction setup, Pipelines, checklist & Commission tracker
We need to have the Real Estate Contracts in brokermint with an auto fill option. We currently use Dotloop for that purpose, but would love to get rid of them. It should also pull the listing information from the MLS.

Compared to Dotloop, TransactionDesk, Zipforms, Skyslope from and agent/ admin perspective this product is amazing and daily coming out with improvements. I can't wait to see where it is a year from know. The broker tools and cost I cannot comment on.
The Quickbooks integrations are phenomenal. No other system compares to this. It is awesome. Also, the document uploaded and management is quite easy. I do not have full access to the program, but the custom built checklists are great tools to train on required docs potentially good business practices for new agents.
Lots of duplicate entry specifically with contacts. It could be more streamlined.

Brokermint is super easy to learn and work with and it lets me have more control over my transactions than other software. It's seamless and once it's set up it's a no brainer.
At first it was a little bit of a learning curve switching from dotloop to docusign but once I got the hang of it, it was okay. I wish the mobile app was a little more user friendly but I don't have to use it that often.

I like the add-on features to make it one hub for all your needs.
I have used Dotloop in previous life and you can generate purchase sales agreements and all other documents for a transaction in dot loop so you don't need to go else where. This saves time by generating documents in MLS then uploading them to Brokermint, separating, and saving to the checklist.

See above. BM has most features that the competition offers. Support is terrible.
The "Pipeline" data available. Not much else, as its pretty much entry level features.
Not allowed to add a message when sending documents for eSignature. THE WORST part is the non-significant email address for archiving emails. THAT IS A DEAL BREAKER. If DOTLOOP can make it significant, so should BM. When you have more than 1 open transaction at a time (and who doesn't?) its really a pain.

Excellent! Customer support is very friendly and knowledgeable. The overall experience is a positive one.
I like the interface it's very welcoming and friendly. It has a lot of features that are very functional in order to stay in compliance and as a Broker it helps to keep track of my sales associates compliance as well. I only used it on a trial basis and I am currently with Dotloop. However, I am seriously considering changing over.
The e-sign feature is not very user friendly.

Increased efficiency, Accountability and a streamline, end to end process!!
The ability to have reporting and transaction management all the way through to closing and payroll has increased our overall efficiency. The ability to create tasks and align them with the proper person has created accountability throughout our office. We closed 58 deals in may of 2019! Our best yet and there is no way we could have done it as smoothly without Brokermint!
We are still not using the E-Sign and forms portion of the software, mainly due to a huge learning curve. We have 19 people using Dotloop currently and we would love to get everyone on BM but the learning curve has been steep. I am seeing improvements and we hope one day to be fully integrated with this feature.

At the time we switched to Brokermint, we had been dotloop users for years in a marketplace where dotloop was not commonly used. It worked good enough for transaction management I suppose, but at the time, there was no way to apply a checklist to a transaction (each task had to be created manually) and I didn't have a way to track commissions and get that information over to QuickBooks. Brokermint...
Having the ability to track commissions inside the system, and then automatically push that information to quickbooks is a godsend. It makes tracking and paying commissions stupid simple. If you've been using excel or calculating commissions by hand, this alone will save you hours each year.
Most of the cons I experienced early on with the software have been addressed with updates over the time (2 years) that I've been a customer. The one thing I wish the platform did have, is the ability to customize a message when sending an e-sign request, and the ability to create signing template "overlays" as in my particular state, the state forms are each serialized, so the form has to change each time, and the template solution in place today doesn't work well with that.

I just staring to use it and I’m still getting use to it but it takes a lot longer
The layout it simple and inviting but simple doesn’t mean easy to navigate
There are more things that you have to do when setting up your files... like you have request for a document to be n/a... and then you have to select folders to add to your file... rather than just having a box for “accepted an offer” and he system will automatically add the documents needed for the purchase side. I used skyslope and dotloop before... both are a lot easier to navigate

The transaction management piece is solid. Not over the top with unnecessary bells and whistles but it works. The forms are useless to us. We will not be dropping dotloop even though we had hoped we may be able to. It’s just not even close to being ready for prime time for all forms and usage a full broker needs. I wish the reporting was a little bit more ‘display’ friendly and could be broadcast...
Fills a void for us on tracking agent commissions, transaction management, and some reporting for brokerage as a whole.
Forms should just be abandoned. Not even close to a dotloop on features and usability, and the time spent working on them could be best used on other areas BrokerMint already does well. Reporting could be more pleasant to view and use. Not mobile friendly. Whether an app is needed or not, the current site is not mobile responsive and is well behind where I expect a system to be in 2019. It does a few things but it’s not a pleasant experience and it’s not formatted to fit a phone well, which is where I do 70% of my work as an agent and possibly more as a brokerage owner.
