Pros

Pros

I like that I can see what my business is doing, closed, current, and prospects. I also like the dashboard and the ability to compare my numbers with other agents in my office.
Overall it has been a good experience. The training was good but the trainer went pretty fast and referred me to help videos that I don't always have time to sort through for quick answers.
As time went on, we were assigned account specialists more times than I can count and now all we are is a number. Luckily, they have a great product - that we need.

Cons

Inability to drag and drop files across different functions the entire program, onboarding portal has no drag and drop feature.
No longer can an agent complain that a document was turned in and the 'lost' be the office. Agents know exactly what is needed to complete their files in order to receive their commission checks.
It's awkward and repetitive in certain areas. Having to set up a Listing file and a selling file and loading the same documents to both files is irritating.
