Our commitment
Independent research methodology
Our researchers use a mix of verified reviews, independent research, and objective methodologies to bring you selection and ranking information you can trust. While we may earn a referral fee when you visit a provider through our links or speak to an advisor, this has no influence on our research or methodology.
Verified user reviews
GetApp maintains a proprietary database of millions of in-depth, verified user reviews across thousands of products in hundreds of software categories. Our data scientists apply advanced modeling techniques to identify key insights about products based on those reviews. We may also share aggregated ratings and select excerpts from those reviews throughout our site.
Our human moderators verify that reviewers are real people and that reviews are authentic. They use leading tech to analyze text quality and to detect plagiarism and generative AI.
How GetApp ensures transparency
GetApp lists all providers across its website—not just those that pay us—so that users can make informed purchase decisions. GetApp is free for users. Software providers pay us for sponsored profiles to receive web traffic and sales opportunities. Sponsored profiles include a link-out icon that takes users to the provider’s website.

MPulse overview
What is MPulse?
MPulse is a CMMS (computerized maintenance management system) designed for use by equipment and facilities maintenance companies, to assist with the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of maintenance. Four different editions of MPulse are available to suit the needs of different businesses, from the most basic, Bronze, which covers only equipment and buildings, up to the most advanced, Platinum, which can be used for all asset types, including equipment, buildings, rooms, grounds, and vehicles, and supports condition-based maintenance as standard.
MPulse automates the scheduling of preventative maintenance tasks, with the option to base maintenance intervals on the condition of assets or parts. Labor requirements can be estimated for preventative maintenance tasks, and maintenance can be scheduled for off hours through tracking equipment usage times. Work orders are automatically generated for scheduled tasks, and can also be received from any number of requesters, or entered manually. Maintenance requests can be approved, scheduled, and assigned to technicians for completion, with the option to automate approvals and assignments, and the ability to send customized automated confirmations to requesters, technicians, and managers. Repair times can be tracked to determine employee efficiency for specific tasks, and create organizational benchmarks.
A basic inventory management system is included in all editions of MPulse, enabling users to link items and their costs to specific assets or work orders, and track the consumption of parts. Advanced inventory control is included in the Gold and Platinum editions, allowing users to manage storage location, stocking levels, reorder points, and supplier information, with the ability to track multiple units of measurement for a single item.
