How easy it is use, the interface is simple but effective. The constant improvements from listening to client feedback is much appreciated and has improved our working life’s dramatically.

The team you deal with are all super friendly and easy to get hold of and answers are received fast. Very happy with how the system is now running our portfolio with minimal input day to day from us.

Released is very user friendly and  easy to use and has some great features. Easy to save and access important documents.

Instant reminders, being able to access information through the cloud are all very important features for our clients. Great customer support, good follow up as well.

Good Maintenance Hub and Works Ordering is simple and very effective. Great that you can keep as much information in the Notes and Document folders.

By far the most notable part of Re-Leased is the support team. They are always quick to respond and super helpful.

Lettings Negotiator 

It is user friendly and easy to use. I like that you can do pretty much everything on the one system.

Senior Accountant

Re-leased is user friendly, it integrates with Xero and they provide excellent customer support.

Accounts Manager

Excellent value for money and has improved our admin efficiency massively.

Re-leased has saved a great deal of time particularly in terms of capturing data for new tenancies.

Chief Investment Officer

Again this could be user error but we have not been able to work out how to use it. Maybe we could set up a all to run over this.

It is frustrating that you cannot merge multiple properties into a single tenancy.

Customer Service Representative

It is very quick to find all the information I store, the system is very friendly, creating properties and tenancies is real easy.

What I like the most is that the software is cloud based and the integration with other accounting software, such as, Xero.

Managing Director

It is an essential tool for our business and is far superior to other software we have used in the past.

Office Manager

System can be very slow. No page(s) to list Appliance details for a property.

Owner group management is quiet limited and this could be worked on. Minor customization like white labeling and custom labels to match our business is missing.

QuickBooks Enterprise

Although I am still getting to know the app, my initial reaction has been very positive.

It really makes the management of the property portfolio easier and more straightforward. Critical dates are no longer missed. It's a great way to store our leases and rental documents in the cloud, securely backed up and accessible anywhere.

They couldn’t care less about their clients. BEWARE - you’re in for a price hike every year - that’s the only time you’ll hear from this appalling organisation.

Re-leased has saved a great deal of time particularly in terms of capturing data for new tenancies. The Xero integration means that our accounts department are up to date without any intervention from property managers.

Easy to use

Has helped annual accounting due to the integration with Xero software.

First year has been a bit of a learning curb but the software is now starting to show real benefits

Cloud based so can access from anywhere, can be a safety net on dates although when so many come through can almost get to the point where we dont actually look at them
