Pros
I have used Onesite since 2011 and I like best over all other programs I have used. My overall experience has been great.
The integration for everything is perfect. I am a super user on onesite and have loved learning the ins and outs.
I love how easy it is to work in. I have used other softwares and OneSite is the most user friendly.
Pros
Positive results were achieved because we have a clear overview of everything thus planning and followups have been successful.
They have a robust accounting system and great quick reporting system to help keep track of how your business is running.
The software is easy to use, friendly, forgiving, and powerful beyond all belief. It reduces the work load of management companies ten-fold.
Cons
I wish when you denied an applicant it denied it all the way in the system instead of having to deny the screening then deny the application.
You send emails and they get "lost" until you call and have someone search for a specific email you sent. Customer support is PAINFUL.
Also not fond of the inability to go back if end of month was accidentally finalized. Leaving the company in a bind for several weeks while support assisted with this problem.
Cons
Some small features are missing such as marketing.
The only thing negative I've come across with RentPost, is that it does not have a marketing section yet.
The customer service is undesirable in that it’s easy to get them on the phone when signing up but not when you have a issue. The delayed payment could be a reason for us to move on.
