Rent Manager allows me to easily track all business needs ranging from managing resident accounts to managing both accounts payable and receivable to investment management. This platform is easy to use and understand and customer service is great.

Rent Manager is the first property management system I have used and I found it very easy to learn! Both RMX and RM12 are intuitive, and I enjoy how related things flow from one area to another (checks to invoices, or being able to click a tenant name on a report).

Using Rent Manager for the past few months has helped consolidate our financial tracking into one system. The functionality of it with the use of paylease has helped us track our revenue more efficiently. Top Tiered Investment Management Software at a Reasonable Price

The initial experience converting data could have been better managed. We were provided with limited information and had to rely on customer service to get through the early stages. Our experience with customer service has been exceptional. They are attentive and respond back quickly. Over the past year we have worked with members of the different product teams. They have been able to adapt IM so it meets our needs. We have a few more outstanding items but with time we know these too will get resolved. Overall great product. 

Time Saver

The onboarding process with AIM's team was incredibly easy and efficient.  We've also received wonderful feedback from our investors regarding the owner portal.       

User-friendly and Intuitive Design 

Excellent experience from day one. The migration/onboarding from our previous platform couldn't have been smoother. The user interface is intuitive and thus very easy to learn and make changes. Workflows are smooth and we feel like we can trust AIM as our system of record, full stop.

I love that Appfolio truly listened to my needs as a customer when I was doing an ongoing evaluation of the tool.  We had discussions for over a year before we made the switch and I saw constant improvements in the tool as well as specific enhancements that I personally asked for in our discussions.  I truly felt that my requests were heard and implemented.

The biggest benefits of AppFolio Investment Management are that we now look and feel more professional to our investor group, and implementing the solution was neither time-consuming or costly.  On an ongoing basis, the platform reduces the time required to keep track of our growing investment and investor base, enhances our investor communication methods, keeps us closer to and more constantly in contact with our investors, and helps ensure data accuracy via integration with AppFolio Property Manager.

Our company is a smaller private real estate investment company, and have one fund at this time.  We have about 100 investors in the fund.
This software allowed us to have an online presence for our investors, which is not perfect, but has been improving over the 12 months since we started using the software.
Software also allows us to take care of a lot of the back end accounting and tracking for our real estate investment, membership capital, quarterly distributions, as well as communication hub.

The RM App is great for working in the field. While limited, it does allow most functions needed and love that it syncs fast & quickly with my desktop version.

There's no section that says "Late Charges" and what they are for.
