My experience has been that the team is incredibly responsive and is expanding to provide robust features that are needed in my business. Even if it's been late and I needed support. They are always on it and send me a notification which again builds that trust and reliability owners need when using a platform.
Well theres more than one highlight but if I had to settle on something it would be innovation. The systems continue to grow and get faster. Content and team are incredibly engaging. I can trust and rely on the platform. That's what matters most to me when it comes to innovation.
I'd like to see a few more outlets for rental syndication and multiple emails. However there is the feature of adding a team member which is essentially the feature I mentioned (multiple emails). The cons are this product keeps surprising me we new features I don't have to pay for.!

I love the app and I do appreciate the customer service. Anytime I had a question they were quick to resolve the issue.
Everything is done on the app. As a landlord you don’t want consistent emails or texts. This makes it a one stop shop for all your properties and tenants to jot concerns, updates etc. Your payments are all listed and you can see pending charges.
I have section 8 tenants and their checks get automatically deposited into our bank account. I would like an option where I can customize the tenants portion of the rent and what the housing authority paid on rent redi. This way I know you how payments came in. Also the mobile app seems to have a delay and sometimes it doesn’t load correctly.

My experience was extremely frustrating. The very first time one of my tenants used the app, he was moving to quickly and paid via credit card. He didn't realize the fee was so high for credit card usage. He reached out to me within an hour or two and I immediately contacted RentRedi. They walked me through how to "void" the payment. However, that option wasn't available and they told me it was too...
I didn't like much about the software. I was hoping it would make my life and my tenants life easier but after using it for 2 weeks, I am no longer a customer and have immediately stopped using the product.
Felt very cumbersome setting everything up. It became easier the more time you spent with the software. The payment processing, customer service, and lack of care from the entire company were extremely disappointing.

I am very pleased. I have told many different people how wonderful this product is.
I love the fact that my tenants can add all of their issues in the portal, and I receive an email right away.
The timing of the funds to hit my accounts.

I love this tool for managing my few rentals that I have. It is so simple to use and very inexpensive. I had a little trouble figuring out how to enter in past rents, but the online chat support answered me quickly and resolved it right away. Support also went out of their way to contact me to tell me I created a duplicate account for a property. I was trying something out with another account a didn't know how to delete it. They quickly walked me through it and all was good!
RentRedi is very easy to set up and get started with. It took minutes for me to set up my first rental property and all the payments expected for the lease.
Nothing really. It is just a quick and simple landlord tool for little money.

Customer Service agents are so fast, efficent and super helpful! They are really good at getting you the information you need and always ask if you need help with anything else before exiting chat. You get copies of all the chats you have had on email which is helpful as well! There are quick Youtube tutorial how-to's for both landlords and tenants that show you exactly what screens to use as well as explain it well!
The app! It's with you wherever you go! Both tenants and property management/landlord(s) have their own app! On the landlord/property management side you can email rental applications, cross-posts ads to 3 different real estate sites, prescreen tenants, credit & background checks and you can even receive ACH rent payments from tenants!
Locating the area where ACH payments are received by tenants has way too many steps. The $1 ACH processing fee for rent turns off tenants and landlords/owners.

Exceeded my expectations!
As this is my first rental property and venture into property management, I was searching for a platform that did everything in one place. I work full-time taking care of my mother, and since my experience and discretionary time is very limited, I required property management software that allowed me to learn at my own pace. I first scheduled a live demo - I didn't think I really needed it because...
I was disappointed when my pictures were uploaded to Zillow, Trulia, etc. out of order. I realize what happens on their sites is something out of your control at the moment. I'm hoping, since you obviously have a contractual relationship with these other sites, something can be done in the future to correct this. We all know the 1st picture is important!!!

Overall RentRedi is worth integrating into your system. We are a small company that is growing. We started with three properties and have grown to five properties. We wanted software that would be robust enough to grow with us where if we had 100 properties we would not need to change. That is why we chose RentRedi.
We were just starting our rental business and needed something to help us keep up with the different properties and renters. Something with online access that would be easy for our renters and robust enough to be a help to us. RentRedi fit the bill, it allows you to execute leases between you and the renter, it is a repository for your documents, it is our payment and notification hub for the renters, and we use it for our listing, application, and background checks.
It is lacking easy-to-follow instructions in several sections. When trying to list properties it does not allow for photos to be permanently attached to each individual property. So, if you have multiple properties you have to delete photos and hold them off software. And, there are times when customer service assistance is not available. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call back and usually by the time they call back I am off to the next project and not near the computer.

Great. I used to use apartments.com but I couldnt figure out how to set up automatic late fees the way our lease charges them.
I like the way that late fees are automatically calculated and added.
I don't love the "tiles" for each months rent. I'd rather have line by line transactions.I wish it were easier to call in for support.

Everything is in one place and almost every scenario we have come across in 12 months using the app have been covered!
Some of the payment details on the tenant side could be a little more clear. The one particular one is that if a tenant has a separate payment account for rent they need at least $1 extra for the payment fee. I went back and forth with a tenant for several days until he was able to figure this out.

Easy to use maintenance module for tenants and my maintenance crew. Quick access to tenant information.Automated billing, late notices and late fees.
Remember you get what you pay for. This app is very elementary. Also some of the worst customer service and technical support I have ever came across. I have a serious glitch in my app and am unable to get a detail deposit report. This has been going on for over 2 weeks without a fix. A detailed batch report was a deciding factor for purchasing this app.

Has potential needs some enhancements on the front end to make it easier for the end user.
The automation of invoice creation and the tenant portal that allows easy payments.
The lack of ease in reviewing payments or creating reports to match rent payments with accounting software. I feel like I have to go in the back end of the settings to see when payments are made.

Frustrating.
Already set up instead of coming up with a system myself or using excel sheets.
I am not a big fan of this system compared to other management apps I have used in the past. Too much stuff to remember which does not make it easier to navigate and move forward quickly to get in and out. Some navigation does not make sense therefore it can be confusing. If something is working, do not change the way it works. Making changes too many times is frustrating especially when you just...

Overall, we are extremely satisfied with this product. The customer service is outstanding!! I cannot say enough about how great their customer support team has been. They are timely, polite, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help. They have held my hand through my learning curve and I couldn’t be more appreciative. I would recommend this Rentredi.com to anyone who takes their business seriously.
One of my favorite features is the ability to have all charges listed for the tenant’s duration of their lease. It allows me notify all tenants at one time. The user friendly application process for prospective tenants is excellent. We have filled two units within less than a month due to the ease of multiple advertising outlets in one place and the prequalify screening eliminates unnecessary showings. Our maintenance manager is notified when a tenant put in a request and is able to complete the job 100% through the app.
My lease favorite part about this software is tenants are only able to use the app from a mobile phone. They are not able to use a computer and that has been challenging with my older tenants. There has also been issues with tenants downloading the landlord app rather than the tenant app which causes confusion.

Problems - tenant management (keeping everything in one place). And the benefits to this when having multiple properties is enormous.
The software offers all dashboards any landlord would need - rent management; maintenance requests; tenant documents and files; and more. It also offers an easy and intuitive site for tenants, which is incredibly important for any landlord. Data shows that tenants are more inclined to use an app that is easy to use. And thankfully RentRedi is simple to use that each one of my tenants have shared positive feedback, and as a landlord, this is what you want to hear. Additionally, it works nice by giving you the option to text your tenants, that feature is nice since text is slowly becoming the next email. A job well done in putting together a tool that just works at a valued price. Highly recommend landlords start with RentRedi, easy to use, affordable, and intuitive for any tenant.
The only con is how slow the deposits take from when tenants pay. It takes about 3-4 business days, so it would be nice where we can speed this up a 1-2 business days. With how competitive the market is, other software programs advertise one business day transfers. Otherwise, the software is incredible!

First and foremost, the customer service is amazing. We had a quite a few questions in the first couple weeks of using the application. The online chat feature is great. We get someone engaged with us within a few minutes and they always have the answers we need. They even follow up afterwards to make sure we don't have any more questions.
The tenant application process is a little bit of overkill for short term rentals. We don't need all the information that is included in the tenant application process for short term. It would be nice to be able to turn off the fields for the information we don't need. Because we can't do that, it's a little confusing to the tenant when they are filling out their information even though we send them communication clearly stating the information we need and don't need.

I was frustrated with management fired them and now adding a forum that was foreign was difficult, but this team at Rentredi made any obstacles measurable. They were super patient with me and the tenants. It made my transition measurable and a complete success! A large portfolio organized in less than 2 weeks and 100% collection success!
Functionalities, one stop all. Marketing, collecting, notices, synchronized with the tenants and best, maintenance tickets created by tenants goes to everyone at the same time to workers and staff. Tenants can also see you are doing something about it and care. One less call to make for maintenance as it is instant! My maintenance guys call me “genius” for having this service. People rather work with me than others that don’t have a formulaic organized for them to follow and communicate effectively.
Marketing for tenants wasn’t 100% yet accurate in synchronizing. So that’s ok. Ideally I’d like to see the marketing, once The back ground check is done and application is in place it synchronizes into a new tenant option. One less step to add them. But minor.

Excellent customer service. They listen to suggestions to adapt to users needs and if the idea works they add it to the platform.
The ease of use for myself and my tenants. They are able to pay rent (saves a lot of trips to the bank), let me know of maintenance issues, and I can upload all the rent payments to quickbooks. As a small landlord RentRedi has saved me hours of work per week.
Set up. Nothing to do with Rent Redi (actually they helped out a lot with set up via live chat and email).

RentRedi was suggested in a podcast I listen to called BiggerPockets. They typically only use and suggest pretty great things so I figured I would try. The program is fairly in depth and can do pretty much anything you want it to. Not everything is super self explanatory but I will say, the second I have a question, and I have a lot, they answer them immediately. Using new software isn't the easiest to learn for me typically since I am basically tech-illiterate, however this one is simple enough I can use it yet still has plenty of in depth features. I highly recommend.
I love that this software can do everything from screening the tenant to charging them late fees once they are in.
I wish the main screen was simpler to use. The main thing I need to see everyday is who has paid, who has yet to pay, and any maintenance requests. You have to go into each units page to see if the tenant has paid or not. So that gets tedious. I also wish deposits were quicker. They do take over a week. I did ask and that is suppose to get faster the longer I use the software however.

The staff are available for phone calls and online chats and make changes to the software about as quickly as I've come up with them.
Many of the automatic features, currently available, were not available, until recently. I would still like an easy way to pull a payment from a tenant if they have not paid it themselves or set up an auto-pay

It was great working with them they just have too much work to do before it is as useful as TenantCloud
It is very easy to setup and has great customer support. The notification template is helpful to send quick messages to all tenants in a building!
The tenant payment options are really painful to manage and working with support didn't fix this. The $1 ACH fee is not okay to past to the tenants, that is why I left and started using TenantCloud. T

I am new to the midterm rental business and I was amazed how comfortable using the Rentredi platform.
The customer support. Whenever I have a question, I can get an answer quickly.
I received a discount card in the mail after I enrolled in Rentredi and it was not honored.

I love the ease of collecting the rent online and the customer service from the team. MY tenants have had no problem using it nor me. My only complaint is with the Latchel Maintenance program, which has been frustrating as best. I have place two requests, and both went unfulfilled, and I had to service these issues myself.
Though I am still in the process of figuring how much of the software I want to use, I was defintely disappointed with the Latchel Maintenance Program.

i chose over rentredi over furniture finders and it doesn't seem to be an easier process in managing the tenants and tracking payments. also, the lease agreements was used but i didn't like the format and it seemed like it wasn't accurate for the state. i'd rather use one system for every tenant or have my property management use one system but we are having too many issues with software
esthetically pleasing, appeared to be easy setup but help guides used
tenant was not able to use app; stated that it was flaky and non responsive at times. tracking applications, tenants, etc. was not successfully; tenant couldn't send the application(s) back through the system. applications, verification process, etc. was not updated in quick time to see current statuses. payment option was not trustworthy for tenant
