I see a bright future with this company and want to keep the relationship going.
Everything I need from pre-screening to rent payment is all there at a very solid price. It hardly costs me anything to have all the tools I need. Plus, the customer service is so freaking good. They typically answer any questions I have within a few minutes via the chat.
There was a bit of a lag getting all my bank accounts and tenants up and running. I ran into some trouble, but luckily I was able to talk to the customer support to help me through these things. If I could improve one thing, I would make the prescreening templates a little more flexible. I'm defaulting to use GoogleForms because they offer me a lot more capabilities.

Customer service is great. I've used it each time I've logged on (twice) and each time I got my issue resolved right away. With the prior service I used, it would take a couple of business days.
Difficult to navigate to change rent. So far I haven't found it to be overly intuitive.

RentRedi will always be an integral part of our property management strategy and operations for Honda as it continues expanding its real estate portfolio. Also enhancing customer satisfaction for tenants it has proved to be an invaluable resource for our organization while at the same time driving business growth. Therefore I would recommend this software to any property management entity looking to streamline their processes and achieve greater efficiency levels thus increased success tendencies.
Before Rentredi, our property management system was fragmented and inefficient, meaning that there was a huge problem associated with scattered data, manual processes and lack of automation leading to delays and inefficiencies as well. Now, this platform has changed everything for us by providing one platform that incorporates the entire lifecycle of property management in a seamless manner.
The occasional technical glitch or just any software update is one challenge we have faced on this platform that momentarily disrupted our workflow. Nevertheless, it is a platform that provides continuous updates and better users experience through addressing all technology issues which is why we are now less vulnerable to disruptions.

My experience overall has been a pretty good one. I can’t complain much about this app, but what I will say is I think they have a long way to go in terms of the interface and how intuitive it is for their users. I will be happy to see the advances they make in the future and hopefully continue to use their product in the future.
What I appreciate most about rentredi is their customer service! I think this platform has a lot of the common features that someone might need and if for any reason you need assistance they are ready to help.
My lease favorite feature from rentredi would be the application process! In my opinion it would be very helpful to have tenants insurance available to the landlords as well as when leases are completed, we should be able to sign through rentredi. There currently is not a feature for you to send the lease for signature.

Overall, RentRedi has been a valuable asset and very simple to use at a great price. I will be adding more units every year and it’s nice knowing I have this tool to support the day needs
It was easy to set up, easy to navigate, the app is easy to use, and the tenants are all using it effectively. I was able to post all the charges for the year so the tenants can see exactly what they will be paying for and I’m able to keep an eye on all the charges. I also really like the credit boost feature I offer the option to my tenants, which is a six dollar costto boost their credit score when they pay on time. I think this function is an opportunity. to boost their credit score when they pay on time. I think this function is a missed opportunity for all tenants. I chose this app because I really like that function as well.
I would really like to see RentRedi offer the ability to create invoices so I can properly bill the landlord for the work I am doing. Also, it would be great if there was a secure portal so tenants can safely send me sensitive information. The initial set up took a little time. You have to verify you are the property owner by providing your contract or the owner by showing your deeds. You also have to verify your bank accounts.

I almost like how easily I can use it for the first time. Without technical knowledge, I still can use and explore all its functions easily. Also, when checking its documents, I can always get the answer for my issues and concerns. Cannot tell about the dashboard with the good arrangement which provides a good view and work on it faster. It fits with all my requirements for manage properties for my daily work. Save lots of time and improve my working performance.
Not so much but sometimes, I need to refresh the software to get the better performance as well as the technical support needs to rely more quickly. It is good if it supports auto hint for input based on the history.

It has a fanatics dashboard with friendly user interface that I can have a good overview with just a glimpse. Also, with detailed documentation, it is quite easy for setup and understand how to use. Lots of features to support the requirements like automated reminders on the due date.
Support should be more faster and sometimes, observes the app errors.

It's a platform that provides easy search. It also the secure payment and personalized support.
The site is sometimes out of my control at the moment.Have to go to each unit's page to see who has paid, and who has yet to pay.

I have to make it work That’s how I feel.
For a person like me having to do everything on my own and needing to learn as I go and with not much time, I need results and can’t waist time or money. So it is critical that any software used produce results with the minimal time and effort. I know is not easy but, if someone from rent ready contact a new customer and make sure that person is taking advantage of all the services all will be a lot better
Doesn’t work the same on the iPad and sometimes while setting up, everything was erased and I had to star all over.

So glad we went with RentRedi first, no problems!
We love the comprehensive coverage that we have with RentRedi. We can use it for all of our property management (collecting rent, advertising, sending reminders to renters etc.) and it's all done from the comfort of our home or on the go!

Easy to use, for the thing I need to do I think the software has all the features and more with a reasonable price
The process for creating a payment profile is not clear. They ask to upload documents but they do not give any feedback. Considering that they create an ACH profile I cannot see why all of this.

Great. I used to use apartments.com but I couldnt figure out how to set up automatic late fees the way our lease charges them.
I like the way that late fees are automatically calculated and added.
I don't love the "tiles" for each months rent. I'd rather have line by line transactions.I wish it were easier to call in for support.

i chose over rentredi over furniture finders and it doesn't seem to be an easier process in managing the tenants and tracking payments. also, the lease agreements was used but i didn't like the format and it seemed like it wasn't accurate for the state. i'd rather use one system for every tenant or have my property management use one system but we are having too many issues with software
esthetically pleasing, appeared to be easy setup but help guides used
tenant was not able to use app; stated that it was flaky and non responsive at times. tracking applications, tenants, etc. was not successfully; tenant couldn't send the application(s) back through the system. applications, verification process, etc. was not updated in quick time to see current statuses. payment option was not trustworthy for tenant

Overall RentRedi is worth integrating into your system. We are a small company that is growing. We started with three properties and have grown to five properties. We wanted software that would be robust enough to grow with us where if we had 100 properties we would not need to change. That is why we chose RentRedi.
We were just starting our rental business and needed something to help us keep up with the different properties and renters. Something with online access that would be easy for our renters and robust enough to be a help to us. RentRedi fit the bill, it allows you to execute leases between you and the renter, it is a repository for your documents, it is our payment and notification hub for the renters, and we use it for our listing, application, and background checks.
It is lacking easy-to-follow instructions in several sections. When trying to list properties it does not allow for photos to be permanently attached to each individual property. So, if you have multiple properties you have to delete photos and hold them off software. And, there are times when customer service assistance is not available. You have to leave a message and wait for them to call back and usually by the time they call back I am off to the next project and not near the computer.

Already set up instead of coming up with a system myself or using excel sheets.
I am not a big fan of this system compared to other management apps I have used in the past. Too much stuff to remember which does not make it easier to navigate and move forward quickly to get in and out. Some navigation does not make sense therefore it can be confusing. It was great working with them they just have too much work to do before it is as useful as TenantCloud
It is very easy to setup and has great customer support. The notification template is helpful to send quick messages to all tenants in a building!
The tenant payment options are really painful to manage and working with support didn't fix this. The $1 ACH fee is not okay to past to the tenants, that is why I left and started using TenantCloud. T

I love this tool for managing my few rentals that I have. It is so simple to use and very inexpensive. I had a little trouble figuring out how to enter in past rents, but the online chat support answered me quickly and resolved it right away. Support also went out of their way to contact me to tell me I created a duplicate account for a property. I was trying something out with another account a didn't know how to delete it. They quickly walked me through it and all was good!
RentRedi is very easy to set up and get started with. It took minutes for me to set up my first rental property and all the payments expected for the lease.
Nothing really. It is just a quick and simple landlord tool for little money.
