On Facebook there is a group called Apartment Management and Maintenance Support Group.  Every month there is someone asking which software package we recommend.  I always throw out ResMan.  It's inexpensive, but still a quality product.  I've also recommended it to my personal HOA, where I sit on the board.  I really believe in ResMan, its support, its reports, and the overall product.

ResMan is Awesome

I have been a property manager for 14 years and so far on of the best.

Customer service 

It is the easiest Property Management software that I have used in my time as a Property Manager.

Great Software

We have been using ResMan for a couple of Affordable communities and have enjoyed the ease of use and the layout of the affordable module.   We are a larger organization and though it is an excellent product that I would recommend to those in the SMB market or new to property management, it is not quite what I would consider a competitor for enterprise systems, like Yardi Voyager, but better than Realpage OneSite.  If you are looking for something robust and engaging for your communities then I would give ResMan chance. If you are looking for something with a stronger emphasis on accounting, investment management, and customization then you might want to consider other options.

Resman Review 

Overall you couldn't ask for a better product. It's inexpensive. It's fairly easy to use. It allows me and the manager to view what's happening together. No switching from program to program. I like it.

Many Properties? This is for you

Resman Review

The main benefit of Resman for me is running a large amount of Form Letters, emails, and texts. As the Assistant Property Manager of a large community of over 500 units, Resman makes my tasks of communicating with residents much easier and less time consuming. I have used several Property Management websites in my years of experience and Resman is definitely my favorite. 

Great Software for Multi-family Housing

Is good overall. But really dislike certain ways for Move out reconciliation and Pre-closing ways.

The best thing i like about Resman is the help button. If you need assistance there is someone always available to help you.

I love how user friendly the software is. I also love how you can get support so quickly when needed.

Investment Manager

We use Resman as our Property Management software for our community of 282 apartments. It has been an amazing software to use so far, and myself and the team are very impressed with it.

EVP Operations

It has every report you could ever need, the integrations are seamless, and the navigations through screens is super easy.

Regional Supervisor

User friendly and like the fact they are continuously making advancements and adding in new features based on the current changes and for making multifamily like easier.

Community Manager 

Accounting side and Operation side work well with each other. Alot of the industry software has either a stronger front end or and amazing accounting.

Asset manager/owner

Overall great experience, but I haven’t used other software for multifamily so I can’t quite say that Resman is the best.

The things I like most about this software is the easy of access. They allow easy signatures of documents as well as a convenient way to organize files that  clients have sent to us.

It has been great having a software that streamlines turns, work orders, and also helps you keep your budget inline.
