Pros

Because I paid for a lifetime membership at the lower tier, I can say that it suits my business needs just fine. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great solution to their PM business.
Best for keeping expenses in a good place and running general reports. I like that the receipts for each expense can be loaded for easy access.
It's very simple to use and priced great. Their representatives are very knowledgeable and responsive.

Pros

This is a very user friendly tool to help manage efficiency for real estate agents, I was once interested in becoming an agent and learned that this would be a helpful tool in the process.
MY over all experience has been great, and costumer service has been great in making new transitions easy to do.
Personally, I do not use it because I am not a broker but I recommend it to all my broker clients. They are all happy with this web platform.

Cons

The company automatically charged us for 3 ADDITIONAL YEARS after to did not renew our subscription. That's over $300 for a service we no longer needed.
I have to close the browser and log in again. The problem doesn't go away when I log back in.
I explained I was leaving the next day for Asia and would be gone for over a month and I was not taking a laptop. There was no way I could test the product until after I returned some 40 days later.

Cons

When I delete a task in my checklist on accident, there is no way for me to go back and "undo" - unless I just haven't figured that out yet.
No app, so using it on your phone was like having a root canal with a rusty drill and no pain killer. Overall a complete waste of time and money.
Inability for side by side transaction checklist view, there are times when the software is slow to load.
