Pros

Really liking the ease of adding items and assigning them to appropriate people. The email confirmations and the on WO notes really help make the whole process seamless.
The customer service is excellent. Our Customer Service Representative, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], is always quick to respond and is always pleasant.
I love that I can manage my turns and all other maintenance easily here. When something's needed of.

Pros

The other bonus is the folks at Aware Manger they are open to adding features and working with to improve their software, which is a win win for everyone.
Clients get issues addressed and the software gets better and better. They are also a great resource for help with the system and coming up with solutions.
The ease of submitting work orders is great, and our building has set it up with a comprehensive category list.

Cons

This may already be a function that I am unaware of.
Once it can connect to our other internal software (Yardi), it will cut down the time taken to upload information, communicate deadlines and generate reports.
The only thing I don't like is that when one person does an inspection on their log in only they can see it.

Cons

This year I'm having trouble even getting anyone to respond to my emails about our current issue (no guest arrival notifications for OVER 1 MONTH).
We all know that all program systems have minor problems however I have not been able to identify any that relates directly to my service line.
We were sad that our account rep was switched though.
