Pros

Best parts: Inputting payments is very simple and quick; it has good reporting, and is easy to read. Total Management is very user friendly, and offers great in house support.

They typically only use and suggest pretty great things so I figured I would try. The program is fairly in depth and can do pretty much anything you want it to.

I also hate that buildings are set up as different entities in an accounting sense. I also hate that you can not upload a budget and run reports with the budget.

They are available for email or live chats. If the support technician doesn't know the answer, he'll quickly find out.

It's unprofessional that the message is "Here's your invoice" and we cannot change that or add a notation on their invoice anywhere.

On occasion I have to search the site to find the information I need. If I have trouble, I simply chat or call a rep at RentRedi.

The tenant payment options are really painful to manage and working with support didn't fix this. The $1 ACH fee is not okay to past to the tenants, that is why I left and started using TenantCloud.
