I've had a great experience with Arketa so far. I'm excited for our studio to grow alongside them!

Pros

I've found Arketa easy to use, and the customer service is unmatched. My rep gets back to me quickly to answer or help with any questions I have. I know that Arketa has pivoted after the pandemic to accommodate in-person classes, and I've been super impressed that some of our requests for changes to the system have been made quickly. The functionality is exactly what we need for a small studio, and the price point can't be matched.

Cons

There's a bit of a learning curve for certain things on the backend, and I know that would be the same for any software.

I've had a very good experience with Arketa. I love the zoom implementation and that I can create automatic emails to personalize a message for a specific class when people sign up.

Pros

I love all the features available in Arketa. Very user friendly on my end and the students end.

Cons

I haven't come across anything I don't like.
