Pros

The commission report is very very good, also the best therapist performance report is amazing. The support is very professional.
There are lots of great features, easy to use, consent forms is amazing, incredibly easily, easy to find past appointments, dob, all the details and notes.
We love their support, we are amazed with their great feature, we can manage the business from anywhere at anytime.

Pros

It has a lot of important features that will help a salon ease out their operations. The most likable is that it eliminates the overlapping of appointments or double booking error.
The overall experience has been good and we highly recommend to other prospective users.
The superb integration Hairscouts needs and the user interface functionality.

Cons

Whilst using their software we kept having problems with the password, as it would log us out.
Chasers sent to follow up regarding the reported issue which are frequently also ignored or defensive / dismissive reply is offered.
It did take a while to get the data across, as a lot had to be uploaded manually exporting data from Pabu was very difficult.

Cons

Your software service has failed to meet my needs and has caused me inconvenience, huge amount of manual work and loss of business due to getting stucked with non working of your software.
Regret my time and money wasted trying to make it work.
It's hard to come up with cons because the Salonist software is constantly being upgraded and updated.
