Pros

Price is great. The desktop version is very easy to maneuver and adding and deleting appointments is simple, as is updating patient information. There's color coding which I love. The online booking feature is very simple as is the adding to my calendar subscription.

Cons

I HATE that I used to have texting reminders and it was removed and ClinicSense wanted to charge an extra $10/month... $5/month I could've gotten behind but not $10. I also don't like the mobile app. It's slow and I don't like having to scroll down. I have made appointments on the wrong day because the app doesn't seem to catch up. I'm not sure why I have to Save any changes I have done before being...

Hi Sabrina! As was originally mentioned, there was an error on your account where you were receiving features from a higher priced plan. Since SMS reminders cost money to send, we had to correct that mistake. It's for unlimited SMS, where many other programs charge $0.08 to $0.20 per message. We regret that the initial mistake was made, but provided a few options for moving forward and gave several weeks notice that we had to make the correction. In the next update of our forms you'll be able to see all past versions rather than just the current version :)

ClinicSense is a Must-Have for RMTs

My business's time management has improved greatly since using ClinicSense. Every time I call their help line, their service is timely and personable. It leaves the impression that ClinicSense is a small business, just like me, and they enjoy helping you and appreciate your feedback.

Pros

ClinicSense makes booking clients, issuing receipts, and writing clinical notes a breeze. All my appointments and treatment history are easily accessible and well organized. Clients adore the intuitive intake form, digital gift certificates, and emailed reminders and receipts. Automatic birthday and call-back reminder emails keep clients current and rebooking.

Cons

ClinicSense could improve on the treatment section of their SOAP Notes - right now you can only select broad areas of the body, whereas some other softwares allow you to select specific structures or muscle groups and draw directly on the figure.

Technically challenged RMT's perspective using ClinicSense Software.

I have thoroughly loved every aspect of ClinicSense. It has allowed our clinic to run without a receptionist, have full control over our schedules, with the ease of reporting, filing and accounting.

Pros

I love the ease in managing our client files, booking and accounting. It took our clinic a while to decide to make the leap to online clinic management, but we have appreciated the software everyday. We have only been satisfied. We also really appreciate the customer service and the immediate responds to our questions when we were not sure how to do something (again, due to our lack of computer skills not the software). [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was amazing to guide us to setting up our ClinicSense Software, and responds promptly to our questions.

Cons

There may already be this service, but I would like the ability to just send a mass email to my personal clients...not my colleagues clients when there is a disruption in my ability to be at the clinic.

Highly Recommended

Overall, I love ClinicSense over other booking software I have used in the past. Easy to use for therapists, administration, and clients. Very customizable for your needs and wants.

Pros

Charting, booking, billing, accounting, health history forms, and marketing are all made much easier by using ClinicSense.

Cons

Website loads slowly on mobile device (when using it on browser site, it kicks you out often and need to re-login but it doesn't do it on a desktop site), app does not allow charting or reviewing reports.

Just what you need

A fantastic experience to date. They are always updating the platform and have a very responsive customer service team.

Pros

It has all the key features a massage therapist would need. Booking, payment integration with Square, and email management for promotions. Super simple to use and gets the job done.

Cons

I do wish they had an open API or Zapier integration to connect it with other 3rd party apps to pass data around.

All the stuff you need, nothing you don't!

Very very happy! The customer support is excellent, the product is very well designed. It helps me manage my practice very easily with one product. And while I can auto send birthday emails, reminders and the like, it does not have an attached listing or other features that make it more of marketing vehicle than a practice management vehicle. It's exactly the balance that I wanted - an elegant, simple to use, practice management software. Yippee!

Pros

The SOAP notes are easy to enter and refer back to. Excellent client communication. Ease of use for the client is very good, my clients love it! And being able to collect credit card info at scheduling creates a very simple checkout process: my clients love that too!

Cons

Exporting new clients to MailChimp to email newsletters or emails with links and images is a bit tedious and I'd rather have something more seamless, but it's an easier process than some products I've looked at.

So easy to use

I felt that I was paying too much for what I was getting with my last scheduling software. The complicated login with my previous software was too much for a lot of my clients. Clinicsense gives me everything I need to run my practice. It is affordable. It's easy for my clients to use. It was easy for me to use. The online forms have saved me time with my clients. The support staff have been quick to respond to any problems that I have.

Pros

ClinicSense is very easy to use. My clients do not have a complicated log in. I love the online intake and Covid-19 forms and the convenience of soap notes with each client. I also like that a health history form is sent to clients each year to be updated.

Cons

Clients cannot control their future schedules. No auto payments Very basic financial reports No client schedule app

Clinic Sense Software review.

This software is easy to use. Even if you are not comfortable with writing soap notes, this software helps to format them into a professional final product.

Pros

The ease of use of the soap notes was a key deciding factor in choosing clinic sense. There are three options to choose for soap notes. 1-general 2-basic 3-clinical. As a medical massage therapist the clinical soap notes are perfect for dialogue between doctor and therapist. They formulate and print a concise report that can be used easily to file with insurance. Cons

Currently they are partnered with clover I believe for credit card processing, I am a square user because it is rated as more reliable. However they sent an update email stating that they are in the process of partnering with square. Which will be handy to sell gift certificates thru my website.

We've grown together

Overall, the seamlessness of having digital patient files has been a great addition to our business practices. We do not use CS for A/R or POS, so the cash flow reporting doesn't work for us. It would be great if it did - but nothing is perfect, we work across multiple systems.

Pros

I love that the developers are continually updating the platform in response to customers' needs. I've been using this software for over three years now; in which time my clinic has grown from 2 practitioners to 8 - and CS has grown right alongside of us. I also love the specificity of SOAP charting. We utilize this feature to its maximum capacity. Being a medical massage therapy clinic, we rely on consistent and specific charting to prove claims and appeal for MNRs and appeal rejections.

Cons

I really wish that I was able to "click and drag" appointments, rather than have to open the appointment to reschedule it. Also, I wish there were delays between rescheduling an appointment and when the client gets the email.

Straight Forward

Clients can book easily, they can do thier intake forms easily and they can pay easily too. I can engage with clients, keep track of thier progression and watch my bottom line all from the same software.

Pros

Every aspect of this software is straight forward and easy to use. I does a great job tracking income and clients.

I would like to have two emails for some clients.

ClinicSense Makes Sense!

ClinicSense allows for the efficient integration of patient demographics, scheduling, charting, reporting and online records -all in one secure location! This is great because a lot of the other products out there are sorely missing in one or more of those areas.

Pros

Ease of use --easy for end-user, the schedule looks beautiful, chart notes, intake forms, A/R reports and invoicing clients feature, analytical reports are awesome. Very thorough demographics fields -like a real medical scheduling system and not like some of those other massage scheduling apps that focus just on name, phone, email and address. ...oh and did I mention that we can upload referrals and prescriptions so it is attached to the patient's medical record? That is like heaven to me, especially as I do billing remotely for my providers:-)

Cons

I love it that a provider signature can be digitally added, however, it is impossible to "mouse" a legible signature -it would be great if we could enter either an image of the signature or a cursive signature (like with Adobe PDF signing). Chart notes are the only thing that don't make sense -too much wasted space and spacing in printed format, missing patient identifiers on multiple page SOAP notes. With the mobile app, for practices with multiple providers, I'd like to be able to see all providers on a given day... like the Day view from the computer.

Gift certificates

I had some billing problems at the beginning because I'm in the United States. I was able to get a hold of someone and customer service was very good.

Pros

I love the email campaign. I love how it send reminders if they haven't been seen in a while. I love the birthday email. That is a nice personal touch.

Cons

I dont like the smart phone option. You are not able to look up information about a client unless I have my full computer. This is very inconvenient for me. I also dont like that if a new client schedules they are not able to put in gift certificate number as an option of payment.

Total business changer!!

I LOVE this program. The price is incredible for what you get. Within the very first month my productivity increased, my money increased, retention increased with easier scheduling and intake forms readily available, and the list goes on. Even the simple form for invoicing and in taking how the money received is a game changer. This program also made me realize more money was coming in than I thought and to get in gear with a better budget. Give it a try, you wont regret it! I have been through every big name program over 14 years with several different salons and spas, but I found this to be the best choice when opening my own brick and mortar location.

Pros

Very user friendly, ease of use, app is also available for when I am on the go

Cons

I have not run into any negatives so far using this program

Just works fine

It was simply plain sailing. I tried other systems, some lacked functionality I needed or were clunky, others were quite difficult to set up. With ClinicSense I haven’t had any of these problems. It does what I need as a massage therapist. It is very easy to set up and use, so far I haven’t had any major issues at all. ClinicSense just works for me.

Pros

The booking interface is very easy to use for clients and they don’t have to remember a password. With my old system I had occasionally the problem that clients thought they had booked, but it didn’t go through. With ClinicSense I haven’t had this problem once. Very easy to set up and use and reasonably priced. The intake forms are easy to customise and everything’s automated. Overall a very pleasant experience for my clients. Support is very responsive, you won’t have to wait long if you have a question or an issue.

Cons

Very limited on the reporting side, which is fine for me as I work alone, but if I was running a large and busy clinic I would have a problem. This may sound petty, but the invoices you get out of the system look like they were designed by a frustrated teenager. They don't look professional at all, which is a shame. The rest of the client facing parts (booking, intake forms, reminders etc.) look very professional.

Looks good and easy for clients

Over all I really like this scheduling system it fulfills many of my needs, SOAP notes, invoicing, gift certificates, visa transactions, cx intake and updates.

Pros

Love that my clients really like it's easy of use. For myself it has a lot of capability to support my practice.

Wish there where a few more features for adding specific docs to specific services for clients to access.

Easy to use, big time saver, helpful for extra COVID precautions

This software freed up lots of valuable time for me. I really wanted to be paper free and its nice to have all my appointment, payment and SOAP notes all in one easy to use place.

Pros

I loved that I could completely customize my intake forms. I feel like the price point was more than reasonable when considering how much time it saves you in automating things like appointment reminders, recurring appointments, ease of entering SOAP notes, COVID prescreening questionnaires.

Cons

It might be that I just haven't figured this out but I wish there was a place to record tips in a way that it would show up when I pull reports. As it is I've been recording them under the notes section for each individual appointment which works fine but it can more time consuming when trying to get a look at how much I took in month/year.

Best software for massage therapists

The main issue solved by the Clinicsense software is the need for paper. All my intake forms and clinical notes are done on-line which free up a lot of space in the clinic. My receipts can be emailed to my clients and when it comes to sharing client files with other health practitioners or insurance companies/lawyers, it is so easy to print the clinical notes. All the work is done for you. You get professional written notes in seconds.

Pros

Clinicsense is easy to use. SOAP notes are a breeze. Keeping the clients file daily is so simple. Shorthand option very practical. Billing is super easy. Reports are concise and straight forward.

Cons

My only objection will be that some of the features like marketing and birthday emails are not part of the basic subscription. Small business like mine could use these tools without having to increase our overhead costs.

Works as it should, the support sets it apart

Integration of filing, booking and billing was a big step up for our little clinic. The learning curve was easy, and we were early adopters of ClinicSense, so we had a part in wringing out the bugs. The support team is first rate and any issues or questions we had were quicky sorted. Our clients find filling out the intake form and online booking very smooth. We get comments on how much our clients like the software regularly.

Pros

I find the software very comprehensive, and easy to use. I like the soap notes feature especially. It gives the client a chance to lay out their signs and symptoms. Very useful to me.

Cons

I have a bit of an issue with the mobile app on my iPad in that I can't use the fingerprint log in. It is over laid by other text asking for me to log in for a trial. Mildly annoying, but given how responsive this team is, they will have that sorted out shortly.

Refiew of Clinic Sense

The management team of CS is exceptional. Their response time is perfect. If I have to speak to some at CS, it's immediate. Nothing but good things to say about CS.

Pros

The ease of use is very valuable. The therapists have the ability to schedule their own appointments. The owner gets an email of the scheduled appointment, which saves time. The software has client intake form and covid questionnaire that goes out to all clients.

Cons

The inability to have a particular room assigned to a therapist. We have 6 rooms with 8 or 9 therapists, and I have to manually figure out which room is available. The software does not allow a client to confirm or send in the covid or intake form if the client file is open

Fantastic Massage Therapy Clinic Software

ClinicSense is a one stop shop for scheduling, billing and charting. Using it for the past 4 years has helped immensely with cutting down on time spent on the administrative tasks of running a business while making sure that nothing important is missed at the same time.

Pros

ClinicSense has a sleek, professional look and is intuitively organized. The team are approachable and helpful with any questions or issues that might arise and are continually making updates to make the product better for users and our patients. I was particularly impressed with how quickly and seamlessly the team made important updates to help us integrate new Covid-19 protocols and procedures. My patients often tell me how easy and convenient they find our system to use and navigate. Being able to book online and fill out intake and pre-screening forms makes their lives easier too! I am so happy we made the switch to ClinicSense!

Cons

It would be nice to be able to export a greater variety of reports/data from the system. I also would like to see a more comprehensive mobile/app with more of the features from the desktop version, but I'm sure there is still a lot to come with future updates.

Clinicsense: helped me grow my business and keep me organized.

I really like that it automatically sends out birthday promotions - has given me peace of mind for my clients! I also like that it sells gift certificates and keeps a track of them. Overall it's been a great experience that has left me with more time for my clients and business and less time managing papers!

Pros

My favourite part of Clinicsense is that it has SOAP notes and client files alongside being a scheduling system. When I was looking for a scheduling system, I wanted one that would keep everything all in one place - Clinicsense does that for me.

Cons

I don't like that it currently doesn't integrate with my payment system on Square. I also don't like that I can't access my client files or SOAP notes from the mobile app.

Excellent

As a one person company using ClinicSense has enabled me to concentrate on providing my clients the best service and care without having to spend time on the phone with clients to help search for the best day and time. My clients can just go onto ClinicSense and look instantly at my availability and book 24/7. The ease of rescheduling and even cancelling has my clients complimenting how easy it is to use, navigate and the electronic intake form is a godsend.

Pros

Our company have been using ClinicSense for 2 years now and it has been faultless. Love the way that clients can fill out their intake forms online to the recording of the clients notes. Other great feedback that our company receives is from the clients and new clients themselves, saying how simple and easy it is to book an appointment, to the regular reminders either by email or text and how simple it is to reschedule appointments as well

Cons

there is nothing that comes to mind. Suggestions forwarded to improve the system are listened too.

Keeps My Scheduling Easy

This software has filled my Scheduling needs for the most part. They are very quick to improve and always available. Looking forward to more customizable features.

Pros

Reliable Calendar Scheduling!! One less thing I have to think about. Sends out several reminders to clients. Can use on my laptop AND my iPhone. The customer service is incredible. Anytime I’ve had a question or problem they answer right away. I’ve even suggested changes and improvements through email and things have improved.

Cons

Sometimes not as user friendly as I need. I’ve had to email several times to ask how to do something. My SOAP notes and other forms are very specialized so I can’t use their forms - but I understand that is going to change in the future.

I have been very happy with the changes and improvements, especially when u finally did the full system upgrade this past year. Its was becoming a problem for speed and ease before the big change.

Pros

It has become very slick for many of your booking features , the reminders and confirmation are a bonus.

Cons

I wish I can click the client in my calendar and be able to make merges, email intake etc.... without having to leave the page and go into the client section. It would be nice to rebook a client by clicking their name from their apt slot of the day and not have it erase from their finished apt and make a new one. Manedger did have that feature

Love this system!

Wonderful! I've been using it for years and love it!

Pros

I like the ease of use, the reminders are great and the system of communications is very good too. My clients are well informed about their appointments and invoices.

Cons

I wish I could write the subscriber ID numbers for clients on each page of my SOAP notes. I also wish I could see the date on the payment field when submitting a payment.
