Pros

The best feature I like about the product is the willingness of Scott to make upgrades based on my needs. I like the check-in screen view you can see all info from one screen.

Pros

Some good features, most importantly documents/agreements for things like health and safety. Support is good and the value for money compared to similar products is great.
The ease of use and ease of setup was fantastic. I was an early adopter and was able to work directly with the founders, who were very helpful.
Customer Support is amazing. If I have questions or issues, they respond promptly and help get to a resolution.

Cons

This program keeps losing transactions, freezing, charging invoice payments that are not authorized.
You get what you pay for. You can add all the contact information for every member.
I would change the main check-in screen to exclude the list of members and their check-in numbers. We operate a busy 24hr facility and the check in desk is often not occupied by a staff member.

Cons

At the moment missing a proper multi tenant setup with different visitors types (es. Guests and Suppliers).
We also have a special need to edit fields when a person make an error when registrating their visit (forget to make a choice).
When there is an alarm we need to print a visitor list.
