I saved money switching to EverFit. It's like they're reading my mind with new features, such as recently adding a signature box so I can put all of my sign up forms in the app.

Its difficult to change the email for confirmed clients.

This is something small - when you type in something there is no initial caps. We haven't experience any app crashes however some clients in India did complain of this.

Outstanding I’ve tried every coaching software out there and the user experience for the coach and the client is unmatched in the industry. No one can do what everfit does.  The most important part is my clients never have a problem using it. I never have to explain how to use the app.  I’ve put over 100 clients in it now.  Feel free to try as many software as you want, but you will keep coming back to this one.  I’ve been coaching three decades and I doubt there’s going to be anything better than this anytime soon . The fact that they keep evolving is what really blows my mind.  As long as they keep adding features, they’re still going to remain the top software that I’ve ever seen. One of my colleagues has 6000 clients. Someone at that status can afford to use any software they want even build their own.  But she chose to use Everfit.  That should tell you something.

Everfit is the best period.  Ive tried them all. 3 decades in coaching.

Why I switched from PT Distinction to Everfit

Everfit is by far the best fitness coaching app I have ever tried. It is a pleasant interface on both the coach and client side and provides a lot of customization options without being overwhelming.

Everfit Review: Constantly Improving The Software.

Rick N.:                                               I'm Rick. I am the founder and owner of Strong Fit Fast. It is a company of one with online coaching. And I would rate Everfit five stars.
                                                       Prior to using Everfit, I was on another app called TrueCoach, a similar kind of platform that allows you to do remote coaching. I moved away from it because it wasn't really what I was looking for in terms of features and, especially, advancing features over the years of using the app. I felt like the interface never really caught up to the price point.
                                                       Pretty impressive. When I first started with them, I loved that they included things like task tracking, like food journaling, a lot of extra features that made it very easy for me to work with my clients from not just a training perspective but also their lifestyle. And since joining them, the number of features they've added that have been just incredibly useful has just kept coming month after month after month. Basically, every time I think this would be a cool new feature, it appears.
                                                       The transition to Everfit was actually quite smooth. Their user interface, both from a client perspective and from a coach perspective, are very good. They have individual apps for both, as well as PC software options, so I was able to just move my clients straight over. I created a few quick demo videos, and they took to it very easily. And then in terms of getting set up, it was very quick to build some programs, create some of the Autoflow onboarding materials. It was really just set up to make my life easy in terms of moving from one software into this one.
                                                       I would recommend to everyone to make the move as soon as possible. There's a few coaches that I collaborate with that I work with, and I am slowly bullying them all into moving on to Everfit because I know from experience of nearly a decade working in the fitness industry that this is the best software going at the moment. I've tried a lot of different ones. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Everfit is the most full, well-rounded package I've come across in terms of workouts, in terms of lifestyle habits, in terms of payment packages, in terms of user interface, pretty much everything. If you are struggling with any facet of your current software, Everfit is probably going to take care of that in a very easy-to-use fashion.

Everfit Review: Integral to my health and fitness business

Cherisse:                                              My name is Cherisse, I am the CEO and founder of Ryker Coaching. I am a health and fitness coach, I coach approximately 40 clients. I would rate Everfit as a five out of five. Prior to switching to Everfit, I was using Trainerize. Trainerize is a very popular software that has some of the features that Everfit has but it has a lot that it didn't. When I was with trainerize, I had issues connecting to my clients, MyFitnessPal. You couldn't clearly see where they were for the day as far as their food because everything just shows up in yellow. And so then you would have to manually calculate what their average is for the week, where they are and what they were doing. My other issues with Trainerize was that you can't change or add in alternate exercises like you can in Everfit. And it just wasn't as user-friendly I would say, or it didn't feel as nice. Whereas Everfit has a very premium, glossy feel to it.
                                                       The reasons why I chose Everfit over other platforms is number one, it integrates really, really well with MyFitnessPal, you can see exactly what your client has eaten for the day, and you're not really guessing to see where they're going over on their fats, what's going on with their food. The other reason I love Everfit is that you can have alternate exercises. When you program a barbell squat, you can also add alternates so that program can serve not just one client but many of the clients in your roster. Everfit is also really great and user friendly, it feels really premium and it's easy for people young and old. I've even taught a lady that was 75 to access the app and be able to do her workouts pretty seamlessly without issue.
                                                       When I switched from Trainerize to Everfit, it was a pretty painful process. There are some softwares out there that will offer to integrate you for free, move your programs and stuff over. But with Everfit, you do have to do that by yourself. I had maybe 40 different programs built out in Trainerize, I had to manually move them all over to Everfit. And so that was three weeks of every day just sitting and uploading and doing those things. After it was built, it was great. They actually have a pretty decent exercise library but you also have the ability to add other exercise. But I would say the first two weeks, that part where you're manually doing all that stuff, that was rough.
                                                       If you're considering switching to Everfit and you're in another platform, I would say switch sooner rather than later, because when you're trying to move everybody over after you've already been in another ecosystem for a while, it's just really hard. It's not so hard on the clients because it's pretty easy to use but as the coach, it's a lot of work on the front end to get yourself set up. If you're considering switching, I would switch now. It is probably one of the best features of my business because like I said, it allows me to onboard clients really easily, let me have lots of programs to add people into without too much fuss, you can do free trials. There's just so many different benefits of being in the ecosystem. And then you have the add-ons of having auto flows, automatic onboarding, those kinds of things that are not seen in a lot of the other softwares on the market.
