Hands down beats the "automation people" and the "alphabet" system

They have been great and unbelievably responsive from the first sales contact to ever question I had during migration and after. They did ALL the heavy lifting all I had to do was provide clean data.

Pros

It's ease of use and the migration team was amazing. They helped me migrate, with hiring IT people. The system itself is hugely flexible and packed with canned report, which can be modified to your needs. They even created a new feature for the platform based on my needs.

Cons

We negotiated a good price for my two small gyms, but my next tier is a leap. Ask lots of questions during the sales process

Excellent all-encompassing platform to handle all your CRM and training needs!

I really enjoy using exercise.com. If you're looking for an all-encompassing platform that can operate well as a CRM and a training program, then this is your answer. It's support staff does a great job with follow-up and provides a more customized/unique platform for gyms that competitors do not provide. I'd like to give a particular shout-out to [sensitive content hidden], my client success manager, who handles all my questions and needs. She's fantastic to work with an really gives you the feel like your particular needs are being heard and addressed.

Pros

I enjoy the all-in-one aspect of the platform. It's a CRM, including scheduling, billing, and communication; plus a platform to deliver your training programs and plans to clients. You can set up the platform to be your very own app in the app store. Clients only need to use one single app rather than multiple apps for scheduling, billing, and training.

Cons

The training plan part still needs some work to be able to easily create, navigate, and manage training programs, especially for in-person client sessions. For personal training gyms, especially those that train multiple clients, it's a necessity to create, edit, update, and manage training plans easily and efficiently on a daily basis.
