I've never been this impressed with a company

I was looking for an alternative to Mindbody and saw a fitli ad on Facebook. I decided to sign up and actually didn't use the program for awhile. About a week or so after signing up I get an email from someone from fitli asking if I wanted to have demo. I was halfway through the demo call and already texting my friends telling them they needed to check into this software. It had all of the functionality that I needed and terrific customer service. (Turns out the man doing my demo was one of the co-founders.)

Pros

It's *extremely* easy to set up and use. And I've never had a question that wasn't quickly answered by a member of the team.

Cons

Instead of being able to change pricing in classes, I've had to delete them and start over. (A tiny complaint, but you asked.)

Great Customer Service

I am overall pleased with my fitli experience. It helps me tend to my administrative responsibilities with ease.

Pros

Fitli has great customer service. There is always someone available to help me troubleshoot.

Cons

Some of my clients find it difficult to manage.
