Best Club Management Software out there!!! BY FAR!

Exceptional, Outstanding, Successful, Helpful, EASY! Affordable! I could go on….

Pros

I met with 6 other club management software companies. All of them had flaws. They were all overpriced and offered a lot of excess stuff I felt wasn’t necessary for my fitness facility. If they even offered integrated billing with a credit card processing company, their fees were outrageous and all had negative reviews. Not EchoDaily which is what Gym Insight uses! **The customer service… WOW.. let’s talk about this companies willingness to answer every call and every question within minutes (not hours). Thank you [SENSITIVE CONTENT]! All the knowledge they willingly gave me to help me run my gym to the best of my ability was a bonus. I have NEVER and I mean NEVER come across a company with this level of Customer Support. Overall… I SAY LOOK NO FURTHER AND GET THIS NOW!

Cons

There is literally nothing I don’t like. If I came close to something it would be allowing my employee certain assigned roles within the account instead of all the manager roles. And it turned out they were already working on getting this added to the software! SO PROGRESSIVE!

easy to use after learning and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is awesome to work with any problem I have.

Pros

Well liked the old system then I learned the new and pretty happy with it.

Cons

sometimes I sign up new memberships and they don't show up on the dashboard

Hi Sherry, thank you for leaving a review. We were able to figure out with you over the phone that the software was working correctly. The reason that your new member not showing up on your Dashboard for that day was because you made their start date in 1922 instead of 2022. That's okay, we all make mistakes! And that one was easy to fix.

Great product from guys that stand behind their product.

Pros

The ease of use is paramount. It allows the owners and managers a great range of control over the staff. The newest update allows individual tasks to be assigned to specific employees with deadlines. The program also forces you to look at and constantly evaluate your business from a financial stand point.

Cons

Bit pricey but you get what you pay for. You want quality this is it. However, it's a flat fee unlike the previous software we used that charged a monthly fee plus a percentage of each membership

Overall verygood, not perfect but the software continues to improve and is on its way to being great

Point of sale, check-in system, member management

Pros

The software is constantly being updated, insight staff takes feedback seriously and implements the changes/enhancements we would like to see.

Cons

There's still some workflow issues and things that are counter-intuitive, glad to see the merging of guru, would like to see that for access as well. Guest accounts should not count towards our license count.

Smooth Gym management software

Pros

I really like the number of features it supports, it is an all in one tool for gym management. I also like the customer service.

Cons

The price of the software can be more aggressive and remote access of the app needs a bit of improvement with the access time. It is fine overall.

Pros

The payment processing and check ins are great!! Updating members is simple also!!

Cons

Love everything about the software, they update it constantly!! Wth new features added seams like weekly!!

Use it every to manage membership

Pros

Member history and financial reports. Able to contact a person quickly to answer questions or merely discuss ideas on gym management.

Cons

Sometimes the navigation is a little redundant. Would like to have multiple screen up so didn't need to jump from a report to a member back to the report and then to the next member

It is a easy to use one stop for managing our gym.

Pros

It is a huge bonus that clients can sign up memberships and also purchase day passes online via our website and it links to our GymInsight account seamlessly.

Cons

I would like to be able to customize the e-mails sent after online purchase of membership and day pass to consumer.
