Overall I am very happy with Gym Flow, they helped out massively with the on boarding and moving our members from one CRM system to GymFlow. There customer service is great if you ever need to ask a question or have any problem the get back to you in a short space of this. The system is clear and understandable also.

Great idea on some website templates that have our integration pre-built, this could save you some time for sure! 

GymFlow's customer service has been outstanding. They have a very personal approach and have taken a great deal of time to understand our brand and our operations, so they can better understand our needs. I trouble shot this product months before the opening of the gym. With each step [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was there to support my concerns and issues. This week is our soft open : I honestly don't know how I would have been able to handle it without his help and assistance. He jumped right in and found solutions for me and my clients. There are other products that have more features because they’ve existed longer - but I have no doubt Gymflow will catch up to them.

There are features that are missing (but this is due to the early stage of release). Everything that I think is needed is already in the pipeline.

It is cost effective, easier to use, customizable, and good support.

The ProShop integration is great. Charging to their account instead of having to require payment immediately has definitely increased sales.

The desk card reader didn't work most of the time, reports were hard to navigate, member visits each month are highly inaccurate, and the dual monitors are a problem.

Most daily tasks are easy to handle. It's integration with credit card  processors is great.

It’s An old interface, it doesn’t have any mobile support , and to get multiple computers to access the system is a pain.
