I use Jackrabbit daily and couldn't live without it. Billing, marketing, costumes simplified.
Super easy to setup, implement and operate at a low cost. Every dance studio or gym should be using Jackrabbit. Too many features to name.
Some processes take 1 too many clicks. But not many at all.

Jackrabbit helps me run my studio in an efficient way. From online registration to the staff portal where they can take attendance and log their hours for payroll...JR does it all and makes my life as a business owner a little less stressful
I always describe Jackrabbit as if it was an additional employee....almost like a virtual assistant, because that is how much it can do! When it comes to the parent portal, customers can register for classes and make payments at any time of day and without them having to contact the studio.
I honestly don't have anything I don't like about JR

This is by far the best class software we have found for our gym (gymnastics and cheer) We had tried a few others and this one has way more options. It seems like no matter what we need it to do, it does. And if it doesn't do that they will add it to the ideas list and will add it! Super fast customer service, my questions are always answered well and fast!. Love JackRabbit and would recommend to anyone!

We have used Jackrabbit for our dance and music class management since August of 2005 and have always been happy with it after struggling with other software programs for years. There many improvements and upgrades over the years that makes Jackrabbit a standout in class management software. Customer service is friendly, helpful and they do not give up in finding an answer to your questions. Jackrabbit also listens to their clients and asks for their input as to what improvements are needed, so as your business grows and changes, so can the software. Jackrabbit saves us hours of work in managing our schedule and time well. We highly recommend Jackrabbit for studio, gym and swim school management!

I am a co-owner of a small cheer/Dance/gymnastics gym 150-190 students depending on season. I am mostly the business side of the gym. I have a business/accounting degree. Before Jackrabbit we were keeping track of our payments on a gymnastics specific software(extremely old) program. This was not an online system and could only be accessed from my desktop computer.
