Other areas it helped, especially compared to my last provider, which I became increasingly frustrated with, was helping to streamline the scheduling, provide useful insights on revenue, importantly I can ID at-risk members, and the communication tools were brilliant.

We've been with LegitFit since December 2024 and it's become a core part of how we run the business day to day. As we've grown and brought on new coaches, we've continued to find new ways to get more out of the platform.

If I set payments up for the first of the month and a client does not pay on time then the payment is reduced the next time its taken as it thinks the client has only started.

They alone allowed me to reduce my costs of using a separate marketing software and allowed me to move away from WhatsApp.

My members find it just as simple to use, whether they’re booking classes, cancelling, checking remaining credits, and even messaging me with questions.

There wasn’t much to dislike in LegitFit, I guess having a few separate calander for different trainers but under the same roof would be ideal.

I spent the least amount of time doing my timetables and yet noticed a more engaging and profitable return.

I took over managing PFS Carlow about a year ago and getting up to speed with LegitFit was honestly one of the easiest parts of the transition.

The customer service is excellent as I am poor with tech and they have always been on hand to assist from day one as we have continued to grow our business.

Now, there's a thing in itself. If I was pushed I would say an alert of an upgrade and when it will land on the site.

Overall, it meets my needs and allows me to run my business without worrying about payment and booking.

They are actively adding in more features over time also which shows they are proactive in improving the software and these improvements are usually based on customer feedback which is a big positive.

I find the system easy to use and I can make adjustments quickly from wherever I am.

Sometimes people connected just to see the timetable or pricing and were effectively taking up a space.

The workout programming was not the easiest to understand how to use

The customer service is outstanding, and nothing is too much trouble for the team.

The onboarding process is very quick, and they guide you through the setup.

Maybe the communication with clients in terms of emailing and sms could be better but I know this is not the main feature of the software.

It was taking up so much of my time and headspace.

It saves me time and makes scheduling classes a lot smoother.

I love the new par q app also which integrates with AI also.
