I’m delighted with the service and really love the booking system. It has made my life a lot easier and allows me to focus on my classes.
I am so glad I switched to Legit Fit from Mind Body about a year ago. I find the software a lot easier to use and less cumbersome. Clients can easily book in and even the older once find it easy to use.
Sometimes when I click into a certain day on the timetable it initially shows as blank, I have to refresh by clicking a different tab and go back into the day, if then shows the classes available that day.

We are very happy with legitfit both from the everyday product and the occasional customer support service.
The software takes care of the mundane but critical elements for our business such as membership/package purchase, bookings and timetable management
I would like to be able to pull reports quickly such as . "How many members are currently frozen" and other variables

Everything is so smooth and streamlined. Clients love it and were able to use it first time
This system frees up so much of my admin time, so I can actually train people. Clients love it, recurring payments are a breeze and waiting lists are automatic
No cons to note, the guys are always so quick to answer any queries, or minor bugs

LegitFit is Legit when it comes to price, support and ease of use. We are a CrossFit gym of 80 members. We had been using one of the larger providers who have been around a while but as price continued to rise service and support didnt improve to match the price hike. The thought of changing to a new provider was a drag, but we are glad we did. The LegitFit guys provide an intuitive and well supported...
Time saving, easy to use interface, great support, really nice company to deal with, very competively priced for a product that ticks all the boxes, saves me time and stress,makes me happy

Very quick response time to emails. Integration was very smooth. User friendly.
Our company swapped over to use LegitFit from our other booking system a few months ago and have found it very user friendly and great so far. The customer service is excellent too, you get replies to any questions very quickly.
I would like to be able to do partial refunds. Very minor issues.

Fantastic platform for use with my online booking system during covid. The lads are always at the other end of the phone if ever I need some assistance. Highly recommended.
Very easy to set up and amend pricing and schedule
There isn’t an App available yet but the website is sufficient.

I've used other booking systems before some of which were ok, but LegitFit has stepped it up a level
It is extremely easy to use and has everything required to run a hassle free booking system.
There is nothing I don't like about LegitFit, everything is pretty much taken care of to s fantastic standard

Really happy with the offering still work to be done but they have it in the pipe line and you listen to your customers
How easy it is too use and flow by getting daily reports
Not been able to cancel if membership or members cancelling right up to the class time there should be a cut off window that stops them from doing this

I am having a great experience with legitfit, very easy to use and it saves me a lot of hassle and let's me focus on the business.
I find legitfit very easy to use, and I wouldn't be that tech savvy. Minimal buttons and it just makes sense
The only downside is the cost, a little pricy but good service

Love it, I have it over 2 years now & could not see my buisness without out
I love how easy it is to set up and how easy it is for clients to use
I would love to see a feature where clients could use the app on their phone to be scanned when coming into the gym. i.e if a new customer purchases a pass and walks into the gym, there is no check in process unless I log in and see if they have purchased it I think it would be a great idea if there was a scan option linked to the app where we had a scanner attached to laptop that they need to use when coming to the gym or classes

Is has been very positive, a pleasure of an experience as a business owner. The support is quick and accurate. The App rarely has gremlins or goes down, if there is an issue it is resolved quicklyy. Personally we have gone from a busy large Studio before Covid of 8 trainers to now only using it lightly as I ramp down the business, unsure of next phase but I have sent many people Legitfits way and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a competent booking tool. It removes a large portion of stress.
A few things come to mind... Ease of use of Legitfit has been key, the App is clean and easy to use Support on any issues is fast - big plus clients are able to get support also, not just left to the business
My only con would be the rates Stripe charge are becoming ridiculous

it's been good so far. Customer support is quick to respond. A few features I discussed with them can't or won't be implemented which is a shame.
I like the lightweight nature of it. the ability to quickly drag and drop and clone classes is great. Saves a lot of time when we're setting up a new timetable for the gym.
It's vert convoluted for people to be able to just connect with us... at the moment new people have to go to vknggyms.com and then our membership page... then they have to click the yellow link.... then they have to click the 'connect' link in the top right. if they previously received an invitation email from us then they can't complete the connection and we have to manually intervene and send the...

There have been a few issues with Legitfit like any app but overall the app has been great and first class customer service.
The ability to gauge how busy classes and the gym would be on a daily bases. It was great when covid restrictions were in place to limit the amount of participants in the gym on an hourly basis. We have since stopped this when restrictions were eased. We also use the app as a way of class/gym participants toi buy session via debit card as we do not have a credit card facility on site.
When applying services to a client that may have bought membership for there months in the gym you have to apply a month worth of services in the app that automatically renews monthly and then physically cancel the services when the membership is up. It would be great if you could apply services from a certain date to a certain date depending on membership type bought within our gym.

Overall experience has been exceptional. I have recommended Legit Fit to many trainers who have also jumped on board. Very happy with the team.
It is easy to use and very user friendly. I would have some older clients who wouldn’t be very tech savvy, but they find the app easy to use.
From experience using many other software of the years things like auto notifications would really help. I also like how other software send a birthday email to each client. It shows another level of care.

Happy out. Great service with great customer service.
Very easy to use and always have help whenever it's needed with speedy responses. Quite a simple software with not too many moving pieces. I have used other software and have always had issues so I am happy out.
There are no links or buttons to free classes for social media etc.

I switched from Mindbody in 2021 and Legit Fit have been excellent! The software is very easy to use and has some additional features which are beneficial

The whole experience has been a positive one. For years I have thought about changing companies and I thought it would be too complicated. It really wasn't and I wish I had changed sooner! The customer service is excellent, everyone is polite, helpful and they get back to you quickly if you have any questions or concerns. They are UK based.
The software is easy to set up. It has all the functions I need, looks professional and is very user friendly.
None I can think of. If there has been a feature that Mindbody had that LegitFit doesn't for example 'scheduling a closed business day'. You can just cancel/delete the classes for that day and that gets around this issue. There are always ways around what you have been used to.

Great, if every there was a problem there was someone there to resolve the issue, fantastic customer service
Monthly memberships, clients being able to book in and cancel sessions for themselves.
Initially getting people signed up, having to take there email and info, then they were having issues receiving the email to set up ther account etc, but now they can get set up themselves and have access to the timetable without a login
