I find when people use the app, they find it really simple to use. Otherwise customers can get lost with how to book.
I find this software easy to navigate around. I have rarely needed to call the support team for help around the system and when I have they have been brilliant.
I prefer using the system for my classes than I do my PT 1 to 1 sessions. But this could be how I log payments.

TeamUp was easy to set up and staff were very helpful. My clients like it and find it easy to use.
Prior to starting with TeamUp I spent a lot of time managing bookings and now clients can manage their own
Since starting with TeamUp my payments through GoCardless take longer to come through which affects my cash flow

Being a sole trader can be hard. This product has given me the support I needed without taking on a part time staff member who wouldn't be available 24/7
Trying to do all administrative work while teaching and Finding time for continual development proved to be too much for me. This product has taken much of the hassle away.
Plug in could look prettier on my website.

The whole team have been very helpful at guiding me though from the moment I decided to sign up. Always able to help whenever I’ve had an questions.
I like how user friendly and simple it is yet behind the scenes is very detailed and can be adapted to suit my businesses requirements.
I find it difficult to add my clients photos to their profiles (I think my phone takes too high a res to be used). Asking clients to add their own is not always executed and the pictures aren’t always clear. This is one thing I miss from my previous software.

I win time, i pass less time on laptop and more time with client or managing my employees My clients are happy and the boxmate add-on will be a great evolution for us and our clients.
For sure the booking mode, the API simplicity, gocardless integration (but think price could be negotiated like some other software), calendar simplicity
billing, accounting to simple, we canned information on a bill or with complete method and not so visible after all on the bill, accounting could be easier if w could download all information (table, graph, rsesume in 1 pdf and/or 1 excel/calc/numer file. the store which is to simple and the method is so long to add an order, could improve it like and restaurant app with only 1 big screen ... At this...

Team Up allows me to cover a lot of areas in one. Bookings, payments, ParQ forms, email reminders etc It allows me to look at a variety of reports from attendances to income which is great for monitoring which areas of my business I need to focus on. I’ve actually gained customers because of the booking system, as compared to other bootcamps out there, mine looked more professional. The customer service has been brilliant. Any problems I have, I can phone and someone will always take the time to talk me through it and even follow up. Would definitely recommend to any fitness organisations, will make your life easier!
Easy to use, gives my business a professional feel, saves time, great customer service.
My only issue would be using TeamUp on my phone isn’t always great. There’s no option to go back 1 screen, I always have to go back to the start when in a menu. Not a big deal though.

Overall the experience has been great and I wouldn't be without teamup. The time Teamup saves allowing the team to focus on delivery to our members pays the monthly fee and much more.
Teamup has saved the team so much time. It is easy to use, members love it. Win, win.
Wrapping my head around initial set up however the customer service offered sorted this in no time.

It’s been awesome and works well for what I need. The support is really great as well!
I use it everyday to manage my business and it works like a charm! I love the on demand feature and the fact that clients mange their memberships and class passes on their own.
I wish their was an auto time zone change for where my clients live for class times.

I was able to tailor this to fulfill the needs of my school and create classes & memberships relating to my business specifics.
I think the “customer” view interface needs improvement. Rather than having to return to the beginning each time, one should be able to move to the next relevant customer, alphabetically or otherwise.

Overall, I was able to maximize the features and functions available. As a freelancer with many clients, this has made it easy to share my content for review.
I am a freelancer who uses TeamUp to manage my client content. TeamUp has helped me share content with clients and my managers.
It can look a little cluttered if settings or features or not setup. First-time users might have a slight learning curve when setting up.

Great - the customer service is 10/10
Integrations available - I use this software to not only hold all my membership information centrally along with let students purchase & pay for classes but it also integrates with my accountancy software, my mailing list software so everything is easy to manage
It is expensive compared to a lot of other alternatives out there

Thumbs up across the board A great product with a helpful and positive customer service experience alongside
This software has streamlined by job and saves me hours daily to allow me to get back to doing what I love in the business, rather than managing booking and memberships
I’d love to see more intergration available into my CRM, currently using ontraport and have to manually do some tasks, a few of the setting menus were a bit confusing when we first set up however these have been adjusted my TeamUp and made better

This minimise my admin time dramatically and need for class attendance spreadsheets. Great that all my bookings and memberships are charged through this so I don’t have to deal with cash.
Easy to set up Easy to use, for myself and customers Customer service and request call has always been excellent.
It doesn’t have an app. This would be great with notifications straight to my phone rather than emails.

Really valued the initial call with a staff member from TeamUp who helped me understand how to make the most of all of the great features the software has.
I chose TeamUp because I remembered how easy it was to use as a consumer, and wanted the same experience for my members when I started my business. The best part is how flexible it is - there are so many things I am able to customise to fit my business model, even down to the colour of the classes to fit my brand.
It's not completely dummy-proof! I have had a few people struggle to figure out how to sign up, especially when doing from a phone rather than a desktop.

I absolutely wanted a system which would eliminate all the paperwork and provide a secure service for my clients to book in. Easy to use and customisable, Team Up means my business looks professional from the start of the client journey. I am starting to make far more use of the reports features, tracking the growth of my business as I add more products.
The ability to have a waitlist. As my classes are small a waitlist is an essential feature. The cancellation policies are clear, maximising my attendances.
Some features feel clunky although a much smoother experience with recent developments

I've had a very positive experience with TeamUp. The customer service is great and the
TeamUp allows clients to create their own accounts, file their own enrolment forms and manage their own classes - taking a lot of the administrative burden away from the business owner. No more chasing payments or making mistakes! I believe that the facility for clients to set up a direct debit and create a recurring reservation for their preferred class helps with client retention and results!
There is relatively limited personalisation of the class schedule, meaning that the calendar doesn't look seamless on my website.

Easy to use. Great customer service with help but issues do not seem to be worked on and programme has some flaws.
Easy to manage my memberships, and keep tabs on clients. Saves me hours of administration. Helped me manage my business for growth. The customer service is excellent.
I have had problems since the app update with clients clicking a class to book. A pass is purchased but no class booked. I have reported this but it has not been solved. Unable to add customer account link into slipping emails.
