Pros

I like the layout, ease of selecting programs and range of programs available. It has a nice aesthetic layout, and I like the customizability of it.
So far I have only used the free trial but the customer support I have received has been amazing - quick, friendly responses. Clear videos explaining how to use the tool.
I love how easy it is to use the mobile app interface. Clients love it and has also been very useful in managing the progress and accountability.

Pros

This person was ALWAYS attentive and happy to help us with whatever we needed. We explained the entire situation and since then, they have been a great help at resolving any issues we encountered.
The software is even better than MindBody and my clients love the branded app. We are very pleased with Wellness Living and I would be happy to recommend their services to future potential clients.
Totally positive great support staff which is important to me because time is valuable and when I need it I need it now.

Cons

The only problem is that the software is flawed & won't populate programs into existing groups. After discovering this problem, I asked the company to refund my money & they refused.
Some features are a little confusing for clients. Inputting nutrition seems to confuse many as they don’t end up saving their inputs.
I wrote customer service two times to cancel in two months. Ultimately they refused to refund, saying I couldn't cancel in writing, but somehow canceled my membership when I escalated my emails.

Cons

Credit card swiping feature on mobile devices is virtually non-functional. Sensitivity of the software on the "wrong" browser, wrong device, after updates, etc is frustrating.
However...after several frustrating calls with customer service no one could figure out what was going on. Four hours go by and finally after much frustration we learn that a server went down.
So you call to complain and they tell you that your "new feature request" will be noted, and when enough other people make the same request they will address it at that time.

I love the ease of use. I love the app. I am not technical at all and I can use the app for the employees and the customers with ease. Cons

I would highly recommend it for small business owners. It makes your admin simple and accessible from any device.

Pros

I switched from MindBody after a year of frustration. WL was easy to navigate. The onboarding was seamless and I had zero interruptions in our day to day functionality. As an owner, I need a simple approach to managing my business and a quality member experience. WL delivered both!

Cons

I had a few issues with the Elevate app on my iPhone. it was slow to load and filter my views.

Overall I am completely happy with this product. It makes it so easy to run my business. It takes out all of the stress!

Pros

I love the ease of use. I was so scared to launch my business online and Wellness Living has made it SO easy and took my fear right out of it. Being able to upload videos for my clients to complete on their own, with my scheduled program is huge for me. It gives them so much more for their money. I also love that there is an app for them to easily join their virtual sessions and see their calendar. It also makes it so easy for me to track my payments, reschedule clients and not to mention booking appointments and processing transactions is super easy!

Cons

There is only one thing I don't like, and that's my inability to see what videos are in specific video categories for each client. Each one of my clients has their own "Category" folder, it would be nice if I could open them on my back end and see exactly what is in each folder when I switch up my programming.

Wellness Living helps me to manage my business with ease

Pros

I've started using Wellness Living for my business about 8 months ago and I am so happy I did. It is so much better than the other platform that I was using. Their customer support is outstanding. I can call at any time and they are always to help me solve my problem or answer my question. I am so much more on top of my business with the variety of reports, dashboards, widgets and so much more.

Over all experience has been positive. I was a little frustrated at first because I still didn't know the software very well. I think the on-boarding needs to be longer.

Pros

I have been able to have any issues or questions about the software answered with in the business day that I contact WL.

Cons

Some of the customizations regarding the process to schedule my staff is laborious.

This software does everything my studio needs and more. I am able to use it in every aspect of the business from customer care to accounting.

Cons

The display of the schedule on my website isn’t quite as customizable as I’d like.

Overall we find excellent features in the product and it makes running a busy business much more autonomous. It gives are users far more options and choice because of this.

Pros

The features suited my business needs 95% and it was cheaper than my previous package which did similar things.

Cons

Costs rose after the first year and bespoke items like the mobile app increased by a lot. It felt like these static products were being hiked in price for very few feature additions. We ended up cancelling the bespoke app due to the price rises and actually found not many of our users utilised it.

"Borderline Predatory" Credit Card processing fees

Not much, very confusing to set up at the beginning. Like their business practices even less.

Cons

The member of my networking group who owns a payment processing business looked at my WellnessLiving contract and said that the payment processing fees of Paragon, the company that does the credit card billing for WellnessLiving, is quote -- "borderline predatory." So as a business owner, I have been paying a very high percentage of my sales to Paragon. My annual contract with WellnessLiving was auto-renewed...

So far so good! The customer service has been excellent and whenever I have a question our onboarding specialist is on top of it almost immediately.

Pros

The client account management and history is a great new feature for us. We love the ease of use for our clients.

Cons

My least favorite thing is the data entry and conversion to wellness from our current booking system.

Pros

The scheduling features, along side the easy sign up links for my website, allow me to streamline my onboarding process! It's genuinely valuable to have user friendly software!

Cons

It doesn't connect to other health and wellness apps, like Fit bit, My fitness pal, or trainerize

Pros

My favorite part about WellnessLiving is the simple integration into your mobile phone's calendar app of choice. I use Google Calendars (even though I have an iPhone) and it's a simple way for me to check my daily schedule so I know what time my first patient will be!

Cons

I do find that online booking for my patients is challenging, mostly due to the links being unreliable. However, I like chatting with my patients before they book so I have a rough idea of what they will be coming in for, so this isn't a dealbreaker!
