My original problems was spending a large portion of my weekend writing programs for the week ahead. Using this app has helped me massively although I still write out bespoke programs from time to time depending on conditions of my clients. The nutrition plans do help to guide clients to the write course of eating healthy so I'm grateful for that.
I like the way that there are videos which I can show my client or they can use on their own to give them a btetter training experience. I like the progression of the programmes.
I have problems trying to set up a working schedule which is why i'm using a different app to book my clients in. There needs to be more varied nutrition plans as people are all sizes. Tracking of nutrition needs to be on par of my fitness pal to make it more appealing. Regular new training plans would be good to keep me stimulated.

I'm still very new to this Software, I was looking for a software that could house the needs that I had and wasn't extortionately priced. I switched to this app from Trainerize because it had some features I liked. I also paid for the app and then found out the itunes store doesn't let you keep the custom icon which I wasn't too happy about. The app itself is smooth and I get positive feedback form clients on the look and ease of use. I like that I can quickly push workouts and nutrition information to their phones immediately.
When it says "Deactivate" client it really means delete and erase. Some of the wording for it isn't logical. When a client has to miss a month it would be nice to have the actual ability just to deactivate temporarily. I had to rebuild a clients complete profile and nutrition/workouts when they came back. I'm not sure I will be renewing it as Trainerize was more user friendly on the back end and has made upgrades.

You can tell its designed by people who understand what online coaches need, I've used this software on and off since I seen it in 2017/2018 and although I have tried other software's, none have been quite as effective and efficient as MyPTHub. My most successful years coaching have been while using this amazing software.
Some of the workflow for saving or editing programs could be improved, I personally prefer the old style layout if that could be an easier toggle option too that would be nice. But zero complaints from me regardless

Awful, waste of time and money. Use Trainerize it is x100 better, I'll never go back. Support has been awful and they've not treated me well as a trainer. Don't give them a penny. Ad
Not a lot. Honestly I do not have anything positive to say.
-workout builder is not easy to use on app or desktop -bugs and glitchy - I've finished a workout with a client and faced 'error' many times trying to log it in, so wasted my time there -support is pretty useless -you see around 10 of the same exercise in their library, so when they say it has 'thousands of exercises' they actually mean hundreds of duplicates. -building a programme is tedious and glitchy - how have you not yet enabled us to cmd-click to open a new tab? That would really help us to build workouts/programmes but it doesn't happen -chat is hard to navigate to -Good luck searching for an exercise in that library, they have incorrect names a lot of the time

I'm able to scale my online training business with My PT Hub. I can handle a lot more clients than I would be able to take on if I was still using email and excel docs. Customer support gets back to me promptly whenever I have any questions. I do like My PT Hub overall, but wish the mobile app did everything that you can do on the web browser. Don't get me wrong, you can do a lot on the app, but there are a couple features that have yet to be added. I don't expect to wait long though, they roll out updates pretty regularly.
- You get a ton for a low price. - The macro calculator helps when you're updating a large number of client plans. - The new class/event booking feature is very helpful. - They are very open to feedback and suggestions - Always updating
- App is not as user friendly as it could be - Client Help videos are only available through a web browser and not through the app - Some features, for example: updating height, are only available through the web browser - App doesn't have all the features that the web browser does.

Absolutely horrible experience, shocked of service.
I am not sure if I like anything about this software after a disaster experience, not costumer friendly
Non of my client enjoyed to use this app, Google sheets are much better and easy to use, I didn't find any cancellation and they take my money and don't want giving me my refund and it's only one week gone, my clients find its difficult to use this app not compatible all the time need to push something to use, sheets just open and go, I not use this app much because no one like it and waiting long...

Easy to learn! This platform and the tools available, allows me to reach out and help more people with challenges they may be having with their health!
All the options! The various programs and plans available. All the integrations! I didn't have to choose what I could do with or without! This had it all and more and at a cost I can afford!!!
Some of the plans I am having to delete and start from the very begging. Sometimes a bit time consuming but that may be an error on my part? Overall, no complaints!

For the cost, this is an exceptional piece of software, much better than competitors which cost much much more. It's a superb all-round, one-tool-fits-all for PT's and gym facilities.
Wide range of features, super easy to use, great customer service, intuitive for clients to use, includes chat, nutrition, workout design, a library of exercise videos, a programme creator, class booking, payments, analytics, and pre-made programmes you can download. It also comes with loads of discounts and deals for related companies.
For some of my clients, they have struggled to find the descriptions, details and notes that go along with their programme. Also, I would love to be able to switch to client view, to see MyPTHub as my clients see it.

Easy to use for my client and pretty mcuh self explanatory so it s less time consuming for me.
Huge exercise library. Easy to add custum foods or exrcises Easy to use Nice visuals
can be slow at times. When you update a diet plan it goes back to the nutrition page and i have to re enter my client diet name to found that plan again.

I recently started Nutrition Coaching, and in less than 2 months woke up with over 20 clients. Business is growing fast and I couldn't keep organized. I found My PT Hub and it is a GAME CHANGER. My clients are impressed, my WIFE is impressed, I'm IMPRESSED. I'm still learning and adding my custom meal plans, but with a few clicks I can assign plans to clients. Best thing is, it keeps me organized and saved me HOURS. WELL DONE My PT Hub.
Learning curve. Some initial problems with sending clients email activation. Looking forward to the custom app (branding). I don't like the client being able to "google" the software and think it's cookie cutter plans I'm sending. Also, not sure I understand the measurement setup..perhaps a UK thing? I've taken my entire fitness business online. My PT Hub is easy to use and my clients like it plus the price is great!
For the price, you can't go wrong. There are plenty of features for clients and it's pretty easy to use. I've been using PT Hub for a few years now and it's come a long way. It's pretty simple to use, upload your exercises (or use the exercise database), create the workout and assign it to your clients - Pretty easy. I recommend My PT Hub to anyone, especially if you're just starting out in the online personal training business.
None really...although it'd be nice to have a chat feature so I can talk with a rep sooner rather than later. My decisions are time sensitive using a chat instead of email would be nice. Don't get me wrong- the email support is great and the reps usually get back to me pretty quick. Other than that, the software is great!
We do have a live chat option on our website as well as email, which you can get an instant response 9-6 GMT Monday to Friday.

We are solving issues with customers that travel and cant make it into the gym to work with us due to work, MYPTHUB allows us to train, motivate and keep focus for our clients on the go. We have found that many clients have had issues with many other software due to lack of direction but with MYPTHUB the directions are laid out so well that before we can assist with a question on how to, the customer is able to find a video that helps them find the answer. Try MYPTHUB and you find that no other compares.
What can I say , I have been with MYPTHUB since the beginning it seems and I love the way they stay ahead of the times and technology, plus they care about the customers and take care of you any way they can... I love everything about the services they offer as it is way ahead of any other personal trainer software. You def will love this product for all the needs of your fitness business and all our clients love it almost as much as we do, the features and ease is top notch!!
Honestly with how fast they adjust and build up the program to fit the needs of the user, I cant say that I have any cons at this time.

The system changes the gender of the trainer in the clip dependent on your client, you don't know this until you review what your sending. In this case the Kettlebell swing was incorrect form. So building your own exercise library would be needed as pthub have no plans to change this.

Overall My PT Hub helped me manage clients, track and implement client programing, and communicate and keep tabs on all client activity. Overall a useful software and essential for any online personal trainer and coach.
This software is simple to use, not bare bones, but not too complicated. The UX/UI is intuitive and does not feel as if there are too many bells and whistles. I like how streamlined this makes the experience for the administrator and coach and also for the client.
Client tracking for exercise and nutrition was not as competitive as it is for other programs like for Trainerize. At the time I used the program, there was no easy way to track client calories and macronutrients. Otherwise nothing else that I particularly disliked.

My overall experience with mypthub is very good and I have been a customer for some time now. I definitely want to continue to use mypthub and for anyone reading this I would strongly recommend using the service it has many benefits including: time saving, scheduling and allowing clients to book their own appointments with access 24/7 to my calendar. Its also great for tracking clients progress.
I like the features and I like the fact that the mypthub team clearly work hard to update and include new features. The software is generally easy to use and I would say is a must for busy Personal Trainers. It has a lot of uses and it has made my life easier.
This may be an unfair review based on my ignorance but when using the phone app as a coach not a client I have come across glitches and been unable to do certain things. I have had to use the desktop version to complete these tasks. Again this may be due to user error on my part for not being familiar enough with the software but another issue I have had is multi editing the name of workout plans. By this I mean if I download a workout plan that has 12 weeks in it and want to edit the name I have to edit all 12 weeks individually. I would like to just edit the whole plan with 1 renaming. Also it would be good to have chat available for supporting a quicker resolution time to issues.

Awful at first looked great everything worked great then things kept crashing and bugs happening to be told it will get better. This is not good enough if I'm paying money it should be right. The app is hard to use and doesn't clearly get you where you need to go especially for clients they want something easy to use. As a PT you want to train and teach them fitness and nutrition not computer science. Good marketing and but completely bad customer service and solutions not happy at all. I'm even more unhappy the fact I paid for a month and got no refund although I've not even been successful using it bad customer policy if I buy a product that has issues and doesn't work pretty sure I should be refunded but that's where they will lose customers bad call.
Lots of features and makes things easy when works
Lots of bugs in the first couple of weeks constant excuses and then told is now fixed issues with app had to keep resrarting. Customer service pretty poor full of excuses and still charge you although the product doesn't work. Really hard for clients to use it's not user friendly 1 out of 6 clients could use the app that's a bad percentage but PT hub didn't care they just want your money bad service and bad customer service

All in all it was a pleasant experience, except for the above mentioned comment in cons.
The platform is easy to use, and has a lot of good bells and whistles built in to allow working with your clients. The Price USED to Be Amazing for what you got.
Ultimately I will be leaving MY PT Hub in the next few months due to drastic price increasing. I was grandfathered in as I was an earlier adopter, but they have decided to deprecate that plan altogether, leaving me no choice but to upgrade (to stuff I don't need) or leave. I'll leave. As an owner I absolutely understand price increases, however I disagree with the way they implemented it in this case. That aside to be fair all in all it's a good platform. If I were staying with them I would say CONS are that the exercise template library hasn't really grown much over the years (though I program my own..so no biggie) and the nutritional library templated are absolutely lacking. If Nutrition templates are something you are after I definitely would not go with them in that case.

So far so good with My PT Hub.
Its very easy ti navigate and use all the menu options and integration of google calendar is great. I also like the pre-loaded workouts, nutrition and habits features.
Its sometimes difficult to see the client profile details.

Terrible. I'm surprised in this day & age that a company cares so little about customer satisfaction. I wasn't provided a service but charged hundreds of dollars.
On first glance the software seems to offer a lot of functionality but when you start using it it there are big design flaws. The company doesn't stand by the quality of it's product.
Buyer beware. This company takes your money & runs. I was on a 30 day free trial. While in the Free Trial, I received a 50% off coupon to use. I was under the impression that if I used the coupon, I would still be entitled to my 30 day free trial. Within my trial period, I discovered a huge flaw in the program. The company advertises streamlining your business with the use of groups & programs. The only problem is that the software is flawed & won't populate programs into existing groups. After discovering this problem, I asked the company to refund my money & they refused. I was within my 30 day trial period, I discovered a big design flaw & the company flat out refuses to do anything to remedy this. I've never dealt with a company that has worse customer service than this one.

It has been good once I learned it and have upgraded.
The ability to make menus and meal plans based on macros. The higher paid coaching app doesn’t have this which is odd and very disappointing. But I love this feature.
It took me a bit to figure it out, but I have been old school and always written everything down and written all workouts out just because I preferred that.

It's pretty easy to use, with a large video selection. Clients generally found it easy to track their workouts. I like that you can customise to have your logo. Good to have alternative/switched exercise options if needed.
It would be good to have more of an option for clients to add notes to each exercise, if needed and to upload videos directly to the exercise.
You can always add your own exercise as well! We will be adding more in the new year also :) Thanks for your feedback with the notes to an exercise, certainly something we can certainly look into.

Customer service came in front. I always receive the comments and assistance I need to help me with any problems or inquiries. There are a tonne of pre-made exercises and nutrition plans to give to clients, but the best part is that you may adjust them. As a result, making plans for clients is much sped up. Additionally, the events calendar is fantastic and offers lots of options for creating various classes and various packages for customers to buy. I would advise any trainer (in studios, gyms, or online) to use this programme.
I have to cancel some of my ideas and start over completely. occasionally takes a little longer, but that might be my fault? Overall, no issues!
