Un mot spécifiquement sur cette période difficile. En temps normal ce logiciel fonctionne bien et j’en suis satisfait. Et en pleine période de covid encore moins déçue, l’équipe à su me rassurer et m’apporter des solutions personnalisées. Suspension de prélèvement pendant le confinement pour m’aider à ne pas m’enfoncer. Et à la sortie du confinement ils avaient bien bossé pour nous permettre de rouvrir selon les règles imposées par l’état. Très bon point Resamania continuez comme ça.
Rien de spécial, je suis très satisfaite du logiciel et de la réactivité de l'équipe, surtout en cette période difficile.

Would never have signed in with them knowing how bad they are. it does offer an all in one place for payment, membership management and door entry system. it has areas of what could be brilliant, but due to all of the bits that don't work properly its very difficult system to live with. we wanted automated as much as possible but we end up doing some much extra work, that we shouldn't have made the switch.
The entry system has a memory so holds member details even if you lose internet. great for a 24 hr facility.
There are too many things to mention, the lack of explanation when this had gone wrong, the blame being passed to members when over 100 of them have had problems making purchases through the app which is clearly an issue with the sign up process. the app is slow and clunky, regularly buffers or doesn't load at all leaving a blank screen. multiple mistakes in taking payments effecting over 10% of our members, and then doing as little as possible to rectify this with the members. told at the start the app would do things it either does or that isn't in place yet and 2 years later still waiting for. The list goes on.

En ces temps difficiles et exceptionnels, je peux dire que je suis content d’être chez Resamania. La preuve qu’ils sont une équipe qui sait évoluer et s’adapter aux problèmes. Ils ont remodelés leur logiciel durant le confinement pour nous permettre d’accueillir nos clients dans les bonnes conditions en limitant les entrées. Un logiciel très abordable, je recommande.

Gestion des abonnements et des ventes...
Il est vraiment dommage que le logiciel ne soit pas capable de générer automatiquement des écritures comptables injectable dans un logiciel de comptabilité...
