I have received an e-mail from this company regarding opportunity to move to their web-based CRM. I was sort of interested, so I decided to check the web-site. They offered me to watch demo-video on how the system works for free. Twenty minutes later I was sitting in the director's office trying to explain him the benefits of using Solaris Fitness Cloud, which are: user friendly interface, as long as after a few days of utilizing Solaris Fitness Cloud I found out, that it is a really simple product, that doesn't require loads of time to understand, the price in overall is good, especially comparing to our monthly CRM maintenance costs, during operational activity in our organization, I haven't noticed any bugs or glitches, so I assume, that product was made for people. At this moment I cannot highlight any drawbacks. I would like to recommend this product to others, as long as it has one of the best values for money on the market.

Previously I was using a regular Customer Relationship Management tool to organize the operations in my business. I needed to hire a few IT administrators in order to maintain operational activity. This is the first time ever I write a review, but this product helped me a lot to manage my business better. I have never known that communication with the customer is that important for sales and relationships themselves. From now on, my managers always try to get in touch with customers by using Solaris Fitness Cloud CRM. It is very easy to use, it doesn't require a lot of time to get used to it, you can use this system to manage a few clubs easily, and what is important ' automatic messaging service, it sends prepared messages to the customers according to situation just automatically! Pros: - automatic messaging - easy to use - ability to manage a few clubs simultaneously - great support team Cons: - I haven't noticed any, but I would like to have notification center or something, to be aware of urgent or planned events.

Being an international chain requires special software solutions. For more than 1 year we were looking for the company which would be able to provide a proper solution for our 3 clubs in Czech republic, 1 club in Ukraine and 1 club in Spain. Finally, we found Solaris. Easy-to-use software with the possibility to make most of the processes in the clubs automatic - these are the biggest advantages of Solaris Fitness comparing to competitor's software solutions. Moreover, after our request developers of Solaris managed to create full compatibility with million equipment, thus we are proud to be first fully digital-driven fitness studios chain in the world. Solaris Fitness Cloud helped me to increase sales, what more could I ask for? All the manual work turned automated. The most important thing that made me purchase this software was ability to get an access from any device, even when you are on the go. The software is so user friendly, that the moment I log in to the software, I get all the required details about my clients. When I get stuck ' I do not hesitate to contact customer support, and you know what, they always respond quickly, or if they are not available at the moment, they always get back to me during a few hours. I am very happy with Solaris Fitness Cloud, it made every thing possible with regards to managing the fitness club. I will happily recommend this software for Club Management. Pros: - Great customer support - No installations (web based) - Easy to navigate - Access from any device wherever you are Cons: - The one thing I didn't really like, however it's quite a subjective opinion, design of this software could be a bit more friendly.
