The experience starts with some of the best customer service and assistance you could expect -- whether it's email or on the phone. In fact, it exceeded those expectations. SportsEngine acts as almost a board member for your organization. Whether it's setting up the website, assisting with design, handling technical support, etc. The website they helped Alpine Eagles LAX create gives parents (whether returning players or new players to the sport and our league) know that we are a well-managed organization.
Its suitability to purpose. It's specifically designed to administer and manage communications, promotion, registration, etc.
I honestly can't think of anything I didn't like about it.

You can literally customize it in anyway that fits your needs. Customer support is fast, friendly and efficient as well.
With so many options there is a lot of learning which options work best.
