I enjoy the app and the information provided. It has taken some effort learning to negotiate. When entering activities...you cannot see if you are duplicating until they post. A view of the month and entries would be helpful.
ease of use and stats provided. the drop downs could guide you better through the site.

No business problems have been experienced thus far. My employer is into its second full year with Sprout.
The software application provides employers with the ability to select a wide variety of healthy activities and behaviors to which point allocations can be awarded. By having the behaviors prelisted and the corresponding Wellness Program points shown, participants have access to easily inputting their activities in order to capture their respective points towards earning a Wellness Program incentive. The leaderboard for employee point totals also provides a strong reminder to participants as to how you are faring comparing to other participants in the program.
There is very little not to like about the convenience of Wellness Program point tracking that Sprout provides. Could too many automated reminders be a problem? If so, there are ways to limit the number of automated reminders that participants receive. Sprout is a very well-conceived and implemented Wellness Program tracking application.

I can see my coworkers and teammates progress
My app is never in sync with steps on apple health app. EVER! I'm either having to update my info on the computer or have to log off and log on and wait 24 hours, but 9/10 times, I'm having to manually update steps which is ridiculous if it's already being tracked on my phone. When I contact support, literally weeks will pass by before someone contacts me. By that time, I've already done the leg work and have no need for support. Sorry for the bad review, but it's been nothing but frustration.

My overall experience with Sprout has been mostly positive. I still use the tool every day and have no intention of changing to a new tool.
It makes managing a social media presence easy. Everything from planning social posts, scheduling posts, reporting, and more are included in this platform.
There can be issues with data not being correct in reporting at times, and there are some features you can't get in sprout that are available on social platforms.

Sprout has a mobile application that can connect to your wearable Sprout allows you to track your wellness information from multiple areas (online & mobile) Sprout allows you to create groups and challenge fellow team members to achieve certain goals.
Even though Sprout provides a mobile application, there are areas where the application can be improved on to better the experience for on-the-go users.

It is an excellent tool and I recommend it.
It is very easy to use, you can analyze the data of social networks and it is excellent to organize the projection of each social network. It is a good tool if you work with digital marketing or something similar. It offers a detailed analysis and is what we expect from a service of this type, which makes it a good experience to use it because it provides what we want to know about our social networks.
Regarding certain problems, it is worth mentioning that technical support is needed in several languages. the price may be high, but it is worth paying for the service. Basically, the main problem I can talk about is about the technical service because they need to be available to anyone and in several languages as well.

I use Sprout to track my progress and participate in activities and challenges as well as setting and tracking personal goals relating to my wellness.
It syncs to my current fitness tracker and allows me to track my progress and activity without doing anything extra!
I wish there was a way that the system sent reminders for goals and challenges.

The timespans of stats are too limited. It would be nice if we could set the range to a custom timespan.

I love that I can plug in my information and get a picture of what I am doing and see where I may be lacking.
I with there was a better way to view your stats. I kind of don't care what the rest of my team is doing or how I compare, as everyone's journey is different. I would like to see something that has more detailed information for the entire duration of that goal or tracking item (like a stock graph? 1 wk, 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, etc).

This allows us to save time by posting automatically to our social media channels.
This software is a gamechanger for how we manage social media marketing. We have an in-house team and an agency; this allows for transparent collaboration across the board.
It can get very complicated if large teams are working on an account. Setting up workflows for your team is a must.

We are more than satisfied on seeing our accurate hours and can do all the leaves that we wanted all in one application the good thing about this is that it is also accessible on your mobile phones
You can actually use this to track your own hours. As an employee in a company who uses sprout for HR solutions I think it is much effective to see your attendance and it is already all in one since your leaves can be requested there and there is so much more to offer such as the payslips, schedule adjustments and more!
Well, since I used it in schedule adjustment before it almost did not worked out for me since I had an adjustment on the same day but good thing that my manager can overdrive it to his own sprout account to adjust the schedule. But of course it will be great if we also have an access to one so that we can send screenshots for the request.

Sprout has taken our social media game to the next level and helped us really separate ourselves from our competition.
Sprouts ability to aggregate all of our social media information into one easy to digest format is a work of art. Sprout has allowed us to really get granular with our social media marketing and learn more about our following and how best to engage with it. This is one of our top three most valuable software solutions that we use on a daily basis.
Sprout still has some functionality missing such as the ability to post the same things to every single profile of ours at the same time.

A must have a wellness tool for large or small businesses! Create challenges, socialize, earn points and get rewarded! A great way to live well!
I love Sprout. This customizable, easy to use wellness platform is the best on the market. Connect with coworkers with a built-in social feed. Recognize the hard work of your teammates by liking and commenting on 50+ activities. Dont see something on there to track? Reach out to the Sprout team and they will add an activity to make the platform appeal to almost every (now that's service)
Can be a bit laggy at times! Post that are the most recently active are put at the top of the social feed so you may miss an important post if nobody has liked or commented on it!

I'm glad to have Sprout. I think my health is better because of my participation in the program. I have been inspired to move around more and drink more water. I am eating healthier and I enjoy the supplemental information that gives workout tips and recipes.
the incentives and challenges - I can't say that I would participate if there wasn't an incentive. I make time to reach the goal for the little 'bonus' that equates to me being able to get a new pair of tennis shoes in the end to walk the next quarter.
the repeated posts from months past. there's no explanation of how points are tied to activities. some activities are a bit heavily weighted. You cannot see what others did to be # 1 on the Leaderboard. If I have 5500 pts and the Leader has 15555 points, I want to know what they are doing/logging that may inspire me to do more to earn more points.

I am so happy with using sprout! A great way to check in with yourself and the people you work with!
This software has been an amazing tool to connect with coworkers in healthy ways, by sharing recipes, workouts, photos. You can create events or groups based on certain interests. Paleo, running, yoga, water. Best of all if we keep up to date with our health tracking we have the opportunity to make some extra cash!
It would be a lot easier when tracking activities to be able to use the tab button to enter times/units of measure instead of having to use the mouse and click on each entry.

Its great when teh app works but when it wont update i get frustrated and stop checking in and tracking because it wont update so why bother.
I like the options provided and ease of tracking manually
The app causes me lots of problems. I have my garmin watch set up to manually track steps and runs which is great but the app never updates my point total so I have no idea whgere i stand and what level i have reached.

Great and very helpful for HR in the company and for employees to file a leave and to check their payslip!
We use Sprout in the office for filing of leaves and to see our payslip monthly! This is a very helpful tool for HR in the company!
Honestly speaking, there's no such thing as least important in this software. Just please continue the updates for future purposes!

I am a user- for my company- my experience is I find it challenging, but I use it.
My employer uses this for our wellness program, it's not my preferred program as I find it difficult to use the app- which is my preferred method. I do like that it works with my fitbit.
Tracking activities takes multiple steps- I have to go online to create new challenges- the app is not user friendly.

Overall as mentioned the FREE version is a great way for any marketing team to manage their social platforms as well as others with ease.
Sprout can be a free tool for a small marketing team with a small budget. You can have all your company social platforms in one view as well as monitor competitors, hashtags etc.
The trouble with the free version is you can only monitor so many items so a team with a small budget is limited to how far they can scale until they can upgrade the software.

Overall experience has been great! After using it at work I've even purchased the platform for my personal photography business to track analytics between my postings.
I manage our careers social media accounts and I really enjoy the ability to post on multiple platforms at the same time. Another thing I enjoy is that you are able to plan out the social media posts in advance. This takes off a lot of pressure and you're able to set up you're post weeks in advance. But the part I enjoy the most is the analytics portion. It's helpful to see the analytics behind each post. Our team utilize this portion the most. We are able to strategize on increasing our engagement by having these analytics.
It took a bit of time for me to get used to using the platform. There is initially a lot of information thrown your way so can be overwhelmed with all the tools at your finger tips but once you have a general understand it is a powerful tool

The new ui in the app is more visually appealing and the interfacing with external trackers is much improved!
The new ui makes it a bit difficult to track my daily activities. The ones that I have goals attached to are easy. The others not as easy as it used to be.

I really like using sprout for the workplace. It gives me interaction with others that I don't get to see everyday and I feel that it is really helping our overall wellbeing.
I love posting on the thread and having the ability to share my progress with others. It makes me more accountable and I can "compete" with others in my office.
It takes a long time to track activities because you can only submit one at a time.

I very much enjoy Sprout. I like tracking everything and being able to see what my colleagues are up to.
Sprout is so easy to navigate. I use it for tracking workouts and getting new recipes mostly so I like getting notifications when someone posts something new. I like that Sprout gives you an option to pick topics you're interested in so I'm not seeing anything unwanted on my feed or notifications.
So far, I haven't came across anything I like the least. I did recently download the app on my phone so I'm looking forward to trying that out.

Sprout is great for sharing social information across all of your platforms. They have a great starter plan, as well as plans for bigger agencies. Highly recommend.
I have nothing bad to say. The product works just like it was intended. I have never had an issue. Support team is always there for questions.
