I love how easy it is to navigate and the videos make my clients feel confident in the gym when I’m not with them.
The ability to program workouts with a wide variety of movements archived in the system helps keep the workout creative for clients.
Sounds cool with so many features, customer support is nice and helpful.
Pros
Its easy to use, has a nice interface and its constantly getting better. Very happy with the service so far.
I was offered the opportunity to test out your software &I am happy I did. Customers love my website.
Ease of use, good customer service, great value, I love the website layout for my page.
Cons
When I told them that I was dissapointed that they lied about the software they denied everything.
It's already the second day with the 2nd issue and this is keeping our business on hold. For obvious reasons such issue is costing us a lot of money plus damage to our reputation with our clients.
Uploading custom workouts and video is very inconvenient and requires way too many steps. Overall dissatisfied and I wish I chose a different company.
Cons
I also recently had an issue with the scheduling app through the website. It kept allowing clients to book in even though I had the times blocked off.
When writing in the Bio part I couldn’t see what I wrote to afterwards. So it made it little difficult for editing purposes.
Don't like that I can't customize the look of the website.
