I used to work at a fitness studio that used Mindbody, and so when I decided to venture out on my own I did a little shopping around. I stumbled upon Wellness Living. HANDS DOWN the BEST decision I made for my business. They are so easy to work with. It's great how responsive they are. Running this studio has been stressful and exciting, but one thing I don't have to worry about is my clients ability to easily book classes and events. It's so easy to navigate through their system. Love the app as well.
Every software company has cons I suppose, the difference with WL is they actually do something about their "cons." Their software is so robust and easy to use I can't really think of anything negative that would impact my studio. Even when little things pop up with them, I submit a ticket on their website and BAM I get an email response and/or a phone call. Love it!

We love this software!
We love the software at our yoga studio. What we like the most about the software is the customer support, the team is SENSATIONAL! They are always pleasant and really go above and beyond to help you!

Barefoot Studio changed over to WellnessLiving in July and the support staff was one of the most willing and able set of people we have ever worked with. They answered all our questions, fixed our errors as we learned the new system and even made changes to the system to accommodate some of our special needs. Fuss free, not crashing on a weekly basis or causing my clients headaches.
It's intuitive. I have everything I need in the software and it's working properly every day without 'issues' that prevent myself or my clients from booking. I cannot speak highly enough of the customer service, I reckon those guys are answering my emails in their sleep they are so quick to respond. If you're on a competing site do yourself a favour and move across. I had a slight last minute panic attack because the whole migration was massive and the thought of my clients being inconvenienced stressed me. Best thing I've done for my business was move to them. Not one regret.
I've only been using the software for a few months now but having used a competitors product for several years I knew what I would be looking for in both good and bad. This has every function I used prior and it's far easier to navigate. So in short, I actually haven't found any cons yet!

Desde que se implemento ha sido de gran ayuda para la administración por lo cual si que lo recomiendo!

I have a thriving yoga studio and its been enhanced by having WL software as my customer facing software is a win.
This software has a lot of functionality and being able to drill down on figures is very helpful for the business. I'm finding it easy to get around abut for the finer detail get hold of customer support - they're knowledgable and pretty easy to get hold of. The Knowledge base is a useful tool too. The platform allows you to have everything in one place - online shop, booking, customer communications; it's all working very well.
The phone/tablet App is slow and not great on functionality and they don't have an integration to book through Instagram.WL is aware and are working towards fixing the issue with the app I'm told.

Since making the switch from Mindbody, we've been running more efficiently than ever before!
I used to use Mindbody, but after switching to WellnessLiving, I haven't looked back once! Not only is this far cheaper (50% the price), it's actually a better product too! The automated features of WellnessLiving save so much time and energy! From instant notifications to schedule changes, this covers it all!
I've encountered a few bugs, but after contacting customer service they were either addressed, or, more often, revealed to be user error on my part! :)

The horrible customer service and financial mistake disaster. Customers double charged over and over with no remorse or true willingness to help or make things right. We ended up finding out the glitch ourselves, not the support center which we had to spend countless hours on. The entire process over a six month period was the worst I had ever experienced in twenty years of retail/customer service experience. We were very lucky to survive with out loosing our entire customer base and going out of business. The amount of money they owe us is a joke and we still have not received a refund or any effort to truly make things right. Do not try this product!

Ease of use. Customer service. So many features available and they are always adding more.
They are always fixing and adapting so I cannot complain about anything. If there is an issue, you can suggest a new feature or call customer service and they will handle it.

We've been mindbody clients for 3 years and it was a nightmare. Working with wellness overall has been a great experience, from migration to working through learning a brand new system! Ease of deployment and quick customer service. They are always only a phone call away, and most reps that you get on the phone are fairly knowledgeable and can assist with most issues.
Sometimes the billing portion has hiccups, and when you are taking payment from someone, it is critical that this is accurate.

None I'm switching back to Mindbody.
Nothing about this software is easy. It takes too many pages to complete even the smallest transaction.
To do any transaction takes many pages and clicks. The reports are worthless. They have no concept of what a business needs to reconcile accounts or to help with payroll. Although it is less expensive than Mindbody it cost us more time to process anything, which cost us more money.

Ok first off, I just opened a Pole Fitness Studio, SkyPoleFitness.com and from the DAY I started my contract with WellnessLiving they have been so helpful. I used to work for a studio and we had MindBody but they were just WAY to expensive for all the same features WL has. This is my first studio as an owner, and I probably ask way more questions to the WL staff than I should but let me tell you, they are so responsive and helpful. They send these personalized videos to answer my questions instead of just some typed up response (I'm very visual).
There are some features they are lacking on but that's with every software company...no one company will be perfect but they have all the features that matter! Plus they are constantly improving. I can't be any happier with my decision to go with them.

I love that it's an all-in-one solution for scheduling, appointment booking, staff scheduling, payroll processing, reporting, etc. The team is very responsive and support is wonderful - if you ever have a question, they answer promptly and do their best to help. With the onboarding team, is hands down the most helpful, responsive, kindest and most patient rep I've ever had the pleasure of working with across many companies in many industries. He made a really stressful transition much less stressful and virtually held my anxious hand the whole way :) I highly recommend him (if you have the option) and would choose to work with him again in a heartbeat!
It is missing some features that I use a lot in my business, but the WL team adds our requests to their development schedule, so that's a plus. It can be slow to load sometimes, and the Staff app isn't (yet) as robust or clear as I'd like it to be but...that's just growing pains!!

The wellness team has been absolutely invaluable to me and my business, helped me navigate through so many tough spaces and has always been patient, kind and knowledgeable sending me videos and extras in order to ensure understanding and efficiency for my business! Couldn't ask for a better guide! thank you so much! I like the ability to keep appointments,income, reminders events classes, services, clients efficient In one space.
When checking out a client through the store I would like do the option to book another appointment in that same space also I would really appreciate if this software included a place for dispersements/expense and I am waiting for the mobile/tablet compatibility

Easy to use. Great reporting features. Great automated marketing features. Love the custom app we just started with too!
So far it's been overall very good. No complaints. The transition from Mind Body to Wellness Living took about a month or so of learning curve, but Wellness Living makes it as painless as possible and provides tons of support.
