I chose Wellness Living because it was a software that would help me grow my business. It integrates scheduling with emails for follow-ups and retention, and includes a reward system for encouraging referrals from current client. It integrates with Zoom and has video streaming capability. My account rep is great!
This software has so many options that it takes a lot of time to set up.

It seems that this company build their platform by catering to what their customers want. This creates an efficient, user friendly, all encompassing platform that integrates well with my business, and I would imagine any other. So far so good. I will update as time passes.
As with many others, migrating to this platform makes financial sense, even if just for the reduced credit card processing fees. In a nutshell, it can manage pretty much every aspect of your business, and you can keep informed with generated reports. It saves on hiring extra staff.
As of now I cannot find any. I am a relatively new user.

Customer service is hands the best experience we've had
Customer friendly, easy to use interface, customizable interface, fantastic customer service, they take suggestions from customers on ways to imrpove and actually implement them.
Newer company so still working out kinks in new features, the migration process was chaotic for an established business hopefully this will improve as they grow

was a customer of another similar software. wellness living was a much easier setup but lacked nothing as for my concerns.
easy to navigate but not lacking in capabilities, great customer service who seem like they truly care
didn't really have any issues with it. at one point there was an issue of running multiple different credit cards for one person but customer service figured out a way for me to get it done while I was on the phone with them. they had to get creative which means that it was an unforeseen problem, but it is no longer an issue and they did handle it immediately.

The interface is completely user friendly!! Click, click, click and you’ve set up a class, a schedule, a teacher, a client. No multiple deep menus, a dashboard that is extremely well organized, no zombie classes hiding six menus down. It’s just SIMPLE to use and still has everything you need! I trialed and looked at 6 options. Hands down this is the best option both cost and user wise. The amount of time I’ve saved managing my software has given me time to grow my business and focus on more important things!!!
The full site isn’t optimized for mobile. Other than that, I haven’t had any glitches. This is so much better than Mindbody.

I have been using it for 4 years and have seen nothing but positive growth in the software. I love the app.
There are bugs now and then and changes that can happen over night. You have to be ready to see improvements.

I love the automated reminders to my upcoming appointments which has helped decrease the amount of no shows and clients running late because they forgot about the appointment.
The price was a bit hard to come up with at first but we use the software so much that it's worth every penny!

Overall the experience was very good and I recommend the platform.
The app made my life easier. My team learned how to use the new platform without any difficulty! Support is fast and responsible.
Video features and metrics can be improved. Custom emails are great, but some fields are missing.

So easy to use. Customers like it better then Mindbody. Very user friendly. Intuitive system to figure out. This was a worth while move from Mindbody!
Some admin features a limited, but Wellness seems to respond well to feedback and either helps with solutions or creates a fix. Just wish more could be done faster.

It shuts down often. Customers do not like it, as a teacher using this, I do not like it.
The cost is less than Mindbody online program

I enjoyed it and so did clients but it was too expensive.
There are a ton of features included with WellnessLiving software. It makes keeping track of appointments, customer data, sales, etc very simple and easy with lots of customization!
It was a bit too expensive to use long term but and it took a few days to learn and understand. But the customer service was helpful.

I needed to take my yoga studio into the new growth faze without a lot of headaches. We can really grow with the software.
I love the look, ease of use and the backend feel of the software. I easily set up the web app with a great professional look with very little effort. The customers have noticed that the software has a nice interface, app and has great weight to the program. Well done Wellness Living!

Client and staff apps. I received a lot of feedback from clients about how easy the app was to use.

We've made more money using the Wellness Living software! Mainly because of its ease-of-use and ease of implementation I've found that since we've started using Wellness Living here at Bodyrock Bootcamp we've had a definite increase in sales. It's so easy to just send a client or a prospect a link and let them sign up or buy whichever packages they like. Additionally the software works seamless with our online promotions that we've been running. It's always fun to check your email in the morning and see that you've woke up to another sale from someone you've never met or even spoke to. I'm looking forward builing out the system even further to see how much more we can do

It does everything you need and want it to do without having to use and pay for a bunch of third party vendors.
Occasionally I find something, but when we let them know, they work on it. In other words, nothing bothers us for long.
