What I like most about the software is being able to have my memberships handled every month. I like having a system to input my customers information and the email they receive.
What I like least about the software is not being able to add services by multiple people to one bill.

I am so happy I made the switch to Wellness Living from Mindbody! Their support team has been superior in getting me up and running seamlessly and so quick to answer any questions I had. Wellness Living offers so many great options over Mindbody and for less cost! It's most definitely a win-win in my book! Thanks Wellness Living for making the client experience amazing!
I honestly have not found anything that I don't like. Obviously, with any software, there will be bugs from time to time.

I found the transition to Wellnessliving easy. They got great support staff and the software is easy to set-up. As an owner a couple of a Krav Maga, martial art studios this software has everything I need from automatic billing, client database management, sms and emailing, marketing, social media links, store, reports and much more. Wellnessliving software is easy for new and existing clients to set up profiles, purchase memberships and equipment either through their account or my website. The software allows protental clients to view reviews, and schedules from Facebook and my website along with purchasing memberships and equipment allowing for better Google SEO's creating a higher rated website in Google's organic search.

Necessary for a fitness business.
It is very user-friendly. For example, checking in clients, changing schedules, adding passes is so simple and easy to figure out.
The system is slow at times; for example refreshing pages take long at times. It is also difficult to run specific reports. Most reports are easy to run, but if you are looking for something specific, I usually have to call support.

I like the availability of the transformation logs and the information you can add / upload.

Wellnessliving is always striving to improve. I worked with the company for years before I ever signed up. They use their database to promote my business, and I still have some of those clients from years ago. The owner told me his vision and it is pretty cool to see it come to fruition. When they launched their ecommerce system I immediately signed up and switched from Mindbody. Just like Mindbody, there are some things that I would like to be a little bit more user friendly, but the main difference is the customer service. Wellnessliving will sit on the phone with me and walk me through it to whereas mindbody will ask you if you have went through the training. And Wellnessliving always seem to be improving and upgrading.

I personally like it and would recommend it to anyone that would like to track their business or themselves.
I like that it's easy to moderate and track yourself as a client but also as a business owner.
It needs better management of certain programs within the app and the online website.

Easy to use, all data was brought over from Mindbody Online, so we didn't have to do any of the heavy lifting... They are always interested in improving the software and have been very responsive whenever we come up with a new need.
Some features affecting our business were missing, but they have been rapidly adding. Automatic re-billing of failed CC or ACH transactions. 24 hour support not available yet

The only con I can think of is that it's easy for clients to see how many unused sessions they have.

The customer service is phenomenal.
After researching for months, I finally found a program that works for our growing business. It’s definitely worth every penny. The interface is easy to use, the customization is exactly what we need, the client app is simple and clean.
The more customizing you need, the longer it takes to go live. I wish that the integrated merchant processor was more upfront about fees. I had to really read the fine print to be aware of the fees associated with the account.

Within 24 hours we went from a demo to having our system up and running. The process was easy and we were ready to start making revenue immediately. We couldn't be happier with the software or the speedy responses from the team when we have a question. I personally sat through 7 demos for competing software and wellness living is simply head and shoulders above the rest. The team cares about your success and will do everything they can to make sure you have everything you need to succeed. Finally, our clients love the ability to manage their accounts, book their favorite bike and reserve a spot in class online and from their phones.

The store! and it's set up. Being able to email my customers directly.
Too complicated for non computer users. There is TOO many variables that you need to set up with everything, like allowing instructors to seeing clients info. Out of now where, and we had to wait for your team to fix 3 or 4 weeks TOO LATE. Not easy running reports. All I want is my client mailing addresses, had to go thru all kinds of loops to get just there address for a mailing.

Worked quite well in general. I am especially fond of the option to text attendees in app!
It is very helpful to know who all have signed up for a class, and also to be able to see what other courses they have already taken.
It was very tedius to email everyone signed up. To email my class attendeed, i have to individually copy and paste their email addressed into the email i am composing!

Overall I would recommend this software when scheduling personal training clients. There are many useful features to this software so give it a try.
WellnessLiving is useful when marketing, scheduling, and processing payments for your clients, typically in a fitness center setting. There is also a free trial period.
It is a bit underdeveloped when compared to other similar software. My guess is this software is fairly new and just needs some time to smooth out some of the kinks.

The setup training and customer support with WellnessLiving is really wonderful! They are quick to answer and help with anything I need. This system works well for the variety of offerings for our yoga classes, kids camps and more. The rewards system is a great addition to the system and our clients regularly leave great reviews without me having to do any work!
