The inability to update as much of my website as I would like, however I am not sure that I would necessarily be able to do it on my own with out taking hours out of my day.

I have a continuous one right now where when I sent a waiver to someone’s email it gets stuck on gender and they can’t move out

I have seen the effort that has been put into making Wodify better and for someone like my self who was new to the business and seen the industry changes over time, Wodify has enhanced our services and never jeopardized it.

It's nice to see investment and organization. And they've still maintained base level function (member management, performance tracking, etc.).

The in an ability to edit/delete past components that are either irrelevant or duplicate.

The team guided us for weeks through all the inner workings of the process. When we got cold feet a few times, they were calm and helpful.

I've opened 13 gyms in that time and I've worked with a number of software companies along the way.

The best feature is the integration of the perform side and the billing side.

Sometimes there are a lot of "bells and whistles" that aren't easy to understand on the fly being that most gym owners aren't at a desk and don't always have the time to investigate things as much.

The app is simple enough for brand-new athletes but powerful enough for our seasoned CrossFitters.

It seems to be the only occurrence where half the time we get confusion from the parents and miss information on how to use or manage the app for the dependent.  

As a business owner I don't always have time to research solutions on my own which is where having the ability to reach out to someone has come in very handy.

In the end, not only did we move forward, but the transition couldn't have been easier. And then came the really good stuff. Where many companies sell and flee - these guys took a different approach.

I had been using two different systems and implementing Wodify in our gym has made management much easier.

I've operated CrossFit Gyms and boutique studios for the last 20 years.

The platform is always advancing and adding awesome features to help busy business owner get everything done.

Every once in a while, a system upgrade temporarily slows or makes the system nonresponsive.

I've heard there is no way to remove the coaches checking in email notices I keep getting

Theres been times when system would lag for a couple days and i know it caused a lot of grief to other owners but those days are long gone.

We´ve been using Wodify for years, it is a great solution for gyms that offer group classes.

sometimes when you need to contact someone at wodify for an urgent matter it can be hard to reach someone.
