Pros

Super easy integration and the customer service is outstanding. They are regularly updating and upgrading features and respond positively to feature requests and feedback.
I am love the people at ZP. There isn't one person I've come in contact with that hasn't been helpful, positive, encouraging, understanding and cheerful.
Whenever I have an issue the support team is always there to help and they solve the issue very quickly which is super ideal due to more than 1/2 of my work is accomplished on Zen.

Pros

Wonderful product for our specific needs with wonderful people behind the scenes.
I have only used AlumNet as a user not administrator but it is a great tool to keep in touch. It is simple and user friendly.
Excellent functionality. Excellent service from Hennie and team.

Cons

Their front house version of their software is crap. Their customer service is terrible, they basically tell you that there isn't a way to do what you are asking.
The Dashboard processes the sale, then you have to process the payment separately in a different step. In the beginning we lost sales because our staff was confused.
Email function does not work. After sending several email out to my clientele, I discovered today that all they were getting was the title and no body.

Cons

We have come to realize that people are hesitant, without knowing what it's about.
Still a lack of communication within the network.
Can't create event-specific outgoing email templates.
