I like how it allows you to manage your products while also giving a very friendly and forgiving interface.

The interface is very unintuitive and confusing. It also has problems with 3D model files that are interrelated (that reference each other).

Fewer contracts and specs could mean higher risk. Communication and coordination is more complicated.
