Pros

Pros

I like the ease it has of saving schedule. Templates, shift templates, and the ease of use.
It's been very easy to pick up but there are still some flaws and kinks that could be worked out. Luckily, support is very helpful and attentive to any issues we have with Schedulehead.
I love the ability to do split shifts. The number of people it allows you to add to a shift is decent.

Cons

We no longer use it because it wasn't cost-efficient for us but we miss it.
In the beginning it would crash a lot but they seemed to have fixed that.
I used to dread creating the schedules. However, it is now a breeze.
