Great. People, software and support are all great.
Clean and intuitive. Very Apple/Tesla clean. Great feel to the software and back end. Makes AutoVitals look like child’s play.
Really no CONS. As a client you always want more features but they always try to accommodate.

We are currently dealing with some connectivity issues between our devices and Autoflow’s server regardless of our network/cell tower speeds, but other than this new issue, we have had a generally great experience.
Autoflow’s DVI functionality is very streamlined. Its take next to no time get our new technicians acclimated with the system. Our customers love having a digital inspection that they can review at any time after their current work is completed as well.
The current state of DVIs does not include the ability for the customer to approve or deny work needed on the vehicle without having to contact the salerep and approve/deny vocally over the phone. We wish there was the ability to do this without having to reconnect with the customer when theyre no longer on site. This would save a lot of time.

Has been awesome, love being able to set the inspections up how we want with the wording and recommendations we want. Adding the predefined lines saves my staff times and increases production!
The repeatability is top tier, allows the staff to have very consistent inspections regardless of who’s doing it.
The reason vehicle here does not transfer between this system and tekmetric

When it was first released we were early adopters so we’ve seen it grow and blossom into a wonderful product.
It is easy to get up and running, integrates well with shop management software, has great inspection customization options.
We use tel metric and auto flow. Would be great if one or the other had all the bells and whistles so that we could just use one for it all. But it is a lot to ask.

The support and product is great. We had tried a different DVI system and it wasn't as friendly to use or a support staff that went above and beyond to help work through issues.
The communication between the technician and the counter is great. We get notifications when the DVI is submitted which allows us to quickly write the repair order and send it to the client. Then we get notifications when the client has opened up the DVI which triggers us to give the client a call if they haven't already called.
What I like least is the fact that DVIs are locked down after so many uses. Doesn't matter how many times I ask for input as soon as I update our DVI, people find things that they want to be changed, and if it is after the

we use the digital inspections to provide transparency to our clients. It has also allowed us to provide a very consistent level of service; it is predictable for our clients. we also capture photos of the body of the vehicle to catalog any pre-existing damages.

I mostly appreciate Autoflow, some of the set up was cumbersome, however, we were learning the system. Some features that were more difficult have been sorted out through various updates.

We love Autoflow!
It's difficult to pick the thing I like most because there are so many critical and highly important functions that it serves for our shop workflow as well as storage of historical data. It is vital to the success of our shop.
I am not aware of any features that would enhance the experience we have with Autoflow.

I have had [sensitive content hidden] to my location a couple of times for training, I try to attend all the video calls, I love this company and I am so grateful we get to experience this awesome change for the Auto Industry.
I love the customer support, the training, and I love that the platform is customizable. The platform is very easy to use, I get to customize each and every line item in my digital vehicle inspection. This platform is seemless with tekmetric, and several other software platforms. I love the texting options as well as the automatic messages informing the customer throughout the process. Plus [sensitive content hidden] is the Bees Knees!
It took a lot of playing around for adding options to the DVI, adding recommendations, and setting up the DVI. With all the training that is done, would it be possible to share some How To Videos?

Autoflow makes the process of managing RO easy. From the beginning of assigning the DVI to a technician to complete an inspection. It’s also an easy process to assign jobs or rearrange them when you need to. Auto fill also makes it easy to communicate and keep your customers updated with the status of each step. Auto fluids, easy to use with new employees getting them trained on how to use the DVI incorrectly, inspect vehicles when they brought in.
None at this time. I can’t think of any features that are negative integrates well with our system makes it easy to use.

Autoflow has helped increase revenue and customer satisfaction because it makes communication so much easier . The text feature helps with contacting guests for updates especially those hard to reach customers. The inspection with the pictures and motovisuals helps build trust and helps upsell needed work.
Autoflow makes scheduling, coordinating work, and customer contact so easy. Between the workflow management features, the real time process updates, the customizable inspection templets , and all of the other user friendly features really help make the days a breeze.
When new updates are relaease there is a lag between Tekmetric and Autoflow.

Its a very robust system that can do a lot. If you are willing to take the time in the front end you'll save a lot of time through out the process.
I really enjoy the ease of use and how great the customer service is. They are confident in their system and are always happy to walk me through the different features. The auto text feature, the moto visuals, and the picture and videos DVI is awesome to use.
Unfortunately it seems the apostrophe doesn't work :) specifically in DVI notes.

Overall I don't know how we would operate without this service at the level if production we are maintaining.
The integration into our management system has made this so much more valuable as a workflow tool.
Techflow bogs down with the slightest internet slow down (we get 250/250Mpbs service).

Great. It has helped raise out Average Repair Order almost 300 dollars over night. Customer service is great.
How customizable the digital vehicle inspections. The fact that as we are moving from one status to another the customer is able to be kept in the loop with minimal effort.
Training 60 year old Techs to use a table was a pain.

I used this for a recon shop, with little to no outside customers. But what made it perfect for me was the ability to share my dashboard with my sales department. They could track what new inventory was coming and when it would be ready. I also used the DVI to help the sales team sell the vehicle by showing the customer what was inspected, what was repaired, etc.
The ability to make tabs for all the steps in the process
The only downside I had was that it wasn't integrated into my shop management/billing program

My favorite function is being able to send customers real time updates with the click of a button via text message. I also really like the ability to upload pictures and videos to each recommended item.
I have not utilized the Work Order section of Autoflow because I feel it does not integrate well with our main DMS, TekMetric. Admittedly, I have not spent much time working through it because it is not our primary method, but I've been satisfied enough with the DVI portion, which is the main feature we utilize.

We are solving a sales problem by utilizing the program for what it was intended for.
Digital inspection! We were using paper inspections prior to autotextme. We train our staff that this program is a sales tool, marketing tool,and a protection tool. If you utilize it correctly,and consistently it will increase your buisness!
Inyergration was not difficult. Our POS,and autotextme worked great together,and gave us plently of traing,and support. If a blank DVI could be implemented would be great,so we can track lost opoourtunities.
