Pros

Love the ease of online booking. It should be great if there were a few more features related to the customer data base.
It's good value and very easy to use. I always get positive feedback from clients on how easy it is to book an appointment.
Being a soul trader it can be overwhelming at the best of times, baxus just takes care of all my admin.

Pros

Very very simple and easy to use for employees. Customers are very happy because their reward saved electronically at all times.
Customers always say the check in system is very nice and cool. Our customers are happy that we implemented this solution.
They provided us with a cost effective and compatible pos system that allowed all our shops to be systemized with an outstanding crm program.

Cons

Some things are quite basic what you can and can't do. There always seems to be an odd glitch in the system.
The system failed to issue notification on new booking. We reported this multiple times and never had any reply.
The separate phone number for the reminder text messages confuse customers.

Cons

It was difficult to train staff. They didn't provide all the functionality we needed, the list goes on and on.
Ve experienced a glitch in the system where one of the tablets stopped working suddenly.
