Overall this is a great program and I'm so happy that I found it and switched. It is easy to learn and the integration has been wonderful. When my client clicks to book, I think they have a beautiful experience going from my site to the belliata site and everything has been moving smoothly. The price is affordable compared to some other booking sites and I would highly recommend this program to anyone with a spa or salon.
I had been in the planning stages for my business for over a year and was going to use another booking option, but kept having issues. With only a week before my opening date I decided to quickly onboard something else. I reviewed maybe 5 companies and this one was the perfect fit. I was able to implement it within days and easily integrate it with my existing web design builder with very little adjustment. The customer service from [sensitive content hidden] and his team is so personal, I honestly have never experienced this online before. They are always online ready to help via chat. And I've definitely had a lot of questions!
As for cons, there are not many that I see. I do wish I could sell gift certificates on my website through Zolmi. I can sell them in person using the program, but I wanted to sell them online like a "service". I ended up building product codes in Stripe and integrating them into my website as a workaround. I have also had a few glitches like not being able to cancel an appointment that I created or issues copying my schedule into the calendar a few weeks out. But the staff helped get those resolved quickly so it wasn't a big issue. I am considering using the website builder option on here and just ditching my other website altogether next year to save money. But to do this I would probably need the option of adding on extra pages that I can edit to make my website fuller. I can't seem to get it all built in just the few pages they offer. I also would love the option for clients to use a coupon at booking or payment options like afterpay for those who pay in full.

It has been very helpful to get my business up and running, but I think it is time for me to move on to another POS system that actually allows me to take the full payment and give me reports of my sales, like Square Appointments.
The cost of this software is very affordable, But actual use of it is rather frustrating at times.
Well it does not work all the time on my phone, sometimes when I add an appointment on my phone it does not show up on my computer, I have to try to open things multiple times, Trying to change anything is a pain, it says there is a P.O.S. but I have not been able to figure out how to do this, I can not do group payments, I can not group clients together in any way shape or form, the app is super slow, I can not just click on the time slot to add an appointment just on my phone tho.

Everything is intuitive and modifiable. The interface is attractive. I was able to have all my needs for a POS and booking system met! Any time I had questions, I could ask the chat support team and they would reply almost instantly. (Shoutout to [SENSITIVE CONTENT] - you were super helpful) It does what it should do AND more for a hair salon, they have thought of all the different needs and uses, came up with an all-in-one app AND it's free?!

I appreciate the team always be there for the users. Compare to the similar softwares that I used previously, Zolmi is above all of them and I will keep using it.
The support team always helpful and I always get prompted respond. It is a value all in one salon platform software.
The system is unable to connect merchant service.

Can't seem to find a group payment , rather than charge each employee separate.

Very User Friendly, The Team is very helpful to assist you with your issues and concerns directly, also the Software is always developing and improving.
Probably the Marketing Feature related to Acquiring Reviews from the Client of instead having it on email they can have an option on SMS.

When choosing Zolmi I had never used an online accessible booking system with my business. I had looked at other Salon/Spa tailored programs that I knew other colleagues in my hometown use, but none of them really spoke to me. What initially caught my attention was that the software through Zolmi was free of charge. I was able to access most features that I needed, and the team at Zolmi allowed me to access those I couldn't, when I needed to, until I upgraded into the premium features once SMS reminders were made available earlier this year. While using the free version, the software would still send out reminder emails, which is a great feature. The SMS reminders have helped take things to an even better level for myself and our clients. Any time I've needed assistance with troubleshooting or have a question, despite there being a substantial time difference from where I am located and Zolmi headquarters, I am taken care of in a super timely manner. The personal and involved customer service I feel that I have received makes me feel like the team at Zolmi genuinely care about me and my business. It has been a great relationship working with Zolmi so far!I feel very fortunate to have come across Zolmi when I was looking for an online accessible booking system.
As an initial newbie to booking software when I started using Zolmi in April of 2021, I found it easy to use, especially with the great service support I received from [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the team. I like how customizable this software is to my business, and the ease of adding services is. Using the software has made certain aspects of my business far more streamlined and has freed up valuable time by not having to do phone call or manual text message reminders.
Working with the scheduler from my PC or laptop is super simple. I sometimes have challenges with access via my cellphone. While scrolling to check appointments, it is easy to accidentally drag an appointment and move it to an alternate time without realizing it. Booking appointments via my phone also feels a bit more complicated than on my PC or laptop.
