Pros

The ease of use, ability to configure and wide range of features make it a very extensible and scalable solution. It's a perfect solution for small to mid-size or start-up companies.
We are using BC for many years and we are happy with our accomplish with the software.
Good reporting engine allows us to get data when we need it and how we need it, to make better decisions.

Pros

The design and UX of the app makes using ProductBoard on a daily basis super easy and enjoyable. Creating custom views that you can call up when you need to is great.
It has smart features that accomplish things other products or spreadsheets never could. The ability to link and adjust different views for different audiences is very helpful.
Visibility of how important our customer's feature requests are considering a number of things that are important to our company ex. vision, growth, revenue etc.

Cons

Some features are difficult to implement without guidance from CGS. When setting up any new functionality, identifying all the underlying tables and links can be cumbersome.
Upgrades can be difficult if you have a customization or modules that aren't used by a lot of customers (Ex: BC Extender).
Screens were sometimes too detailed it was hard to read and shortcuts were not always easy to access.

Cons

Also, I feel there are a couple of elements missing when looking at reporting and ongoing maintenance of tickets... but that's hard, and is probably something they're thinking about.
Miss an integration with Gitlab. Pretty weak on the customer feedback management.
We had an alignment and communication problem that we had to solve.
