Pros

Great software and awesome customer support. Hands down the best I have ever experienced.
We've been Bravo users for 7 years and continue to be impressed by the quality of the software, the ease of use, the vast functionality and the support. In short - Bravo delivers.
I have found it especially helpful with jewelry. Customer service response time and help in solving problems has been the best I have experienced over the 2 previous software programs used.

Pros

It is a perfect software to have it in your business to have a 360 degrees view of you business operations. I am satisfied and would highly recommend to my business partners.
I would also like to highlight the HQ, which is an awesome feature. The team of HQ support is amazing and well qualified to solve the issues.
The most impressive part of this software is there is always newer innovations, ease of use and user friendly.

Cons

You pay several hundred a month for service and then before I even opened for my first day of business, I lost my IP address due to power outage. They wanted extra to reset the IP address.
Since we, as the pawnbroker, some times have to enter new data, sometimes it gets entered wrong or labeled wrong but the Bravo techs will fix extremely fast.
The buy out of compupawn is how on a general level fail, they were not prepared to do the support for compupwn customers.

Cons

Very bad customer suport. They will stop interacting if thy are unable to solve problems.
No proper a response on tickets raised. Bad behaviour of customer executives.
Expense accounts ledger mismatch error- No expense entry allows saving any particular transaction generated. All expense services stopped and we are almost running to a week since i raised the issue).
