Pros

The software makes it fairly easy to set up new menu items and categories. I love the useful reports that you can make, like find top 100 customers; which beer we sold the most on any one night.
It is far more affordable than most POS software/hardware options, is reliable, and has great customer service.
Support team is really amazing, quick and responsive. They also gave us a great rate to be our payment processor.

Pros

I am very pleased with this software and I am excited for the new features that are planned for the upcoming year.
Ease of use and the ability to customize the way we need to use it. The software updates are amazing and appropriate for our use.
They also have good training videos on youtube. I think the thing I like best is that the consignors can access their accounts from home.

Cons

There are bugs, glitches and programming errors that are repeatedly dismissed and pushed aside. It seems that internal priorities seemed to have shifted toward investor demands.
It’s hard to move order and restart. Sometimes we have problem with clocking in and it causes inconveniences.
If our internet went down it was very inconvenient for customers.

Cons

There is however an extreme lack of communication. We were not informed that the entire format was being changed and logged in one day to a new set-up with no option to revert back.
It needs a way to make a store purchase without going on the books. Ve made several mistakes on pay-outs because there is no "Through Date" on individual Consignor accounts.
You have to go into the consignor's account and add inventory that solely belongs to that one consignor. It is inconvenient when we are putting in multiple inventory from multiple consignors.
