To many security features to jump through. Pain in the ass and not necessary.

They then send to other sites for no extra hidden fees. Their Facebook Marketplace integration put the fire under so many other companies to step up and also integrate with Facebook.

So many leads that go no where. Also the verification with every application is annoying.

Facebook disconnnects frequently and has to be reconnected facebook leads get lost on app.

The staff is courteous, responsive and attend to every action item needed.  If corrections are needed, they are quick to accomplish them.

Since I'm, Teresa Brewer, Co-Owner/Business Manager and the only one who works with computers here at Steve's Auto Sales.   I've had a great experience with carsforsale.com, with the exception of the wrong information getting to facebook.  Otherwise, I enjoy working with your software and visiting with our customers regarding our vehicle.   Since I'm able to type in the VIN and get the information on each vehicle I put online, ya'll have made my work so much easier.                                                        The Carsforsale, it was an addition to other tools that we use. We use also Autotradercars.com and CarGurus.
                                                       Carsforsale, I'm hoping to get a different kind of customer that's going to find my vehicles in maybe a different way than other people would find them on the normal sites. Or not the normal sites, but Autotrader and cars.com or CarGurus, there's a lot more advertising for those, so I hope to capture some other clients that I might not have gotten in those other traditional ways.
                                                       Carsforsale.com is super simple and is a great way to get extra leads.
                                                       I would say for the price of carsforsale and the way the setup is, I'd say that it's pretty good value, and that for the price, you should probably have it to capture those extra leads.

                                                       Before Carsforsale, I needed an inventory management system to help me organize starting the dealership, and I wanted a system to manage and direct all of my inventory to Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, and other databases that I use for finance purposes to help my customers buy vehicles.
                                                       Carsforsale came highly recommended from fellow dealership owners that I knew and were using to mentor me in the process when I was opening my dealership. They are very progressive and their platform is very user-friendly, and that was something that I needed as someone starting out in the business.
                                                       Carsforsale and their associates that I dealt with, it was a very smooth process getting it up and running and getting our website together and designed to my standards. I felt like the customer service was right on point and readily available to me with all of my questions that I had getting started. I felt like it was a pretty smooth process.
                                                       Having started out and only used Carsforsale, I was really curious and was being recruited to try out Dealer Car Search, which is the next closest competitor, I believe, to Carsforsale. So I did a trial with them, and if you're trying to decide between the two platforms to use for inventory management and getting started with a dealership, the obvious differences are that the platform Carsforsale is so much more user-friendly than Dealer Car Search. They are still working out a ton of bugs with their dealer app and their online dealer portal. Whereas Carsforsale, I feel like I can tell that they've worked out a lot of the kinks and they just keep moving forward with adding things that make it better and better as far as the dealer app and the dealer online portal that I use on a daily basis. Having used both of them now and tried out Dealer Car Search, I feel like they are miles and miles behind Carsforsale as far as being able to be competitive, as far as user-friendliness, especially someone who's new to the business and starting out.
