With, users can create a custom branded online store to accept web and mobile app orders, as well as allow customers to opt to order over the phone using the in-built call centre solution. Once an order is placed, either via web or phone, the delivery operator can change the status to 'in progress', print it, and send it to the kitchen. Orders are shown in real time on the dashboard with their current status (in progress, delayed, or complete) and information on the order number, payment, operator, delivery time and person. Delayed orders are automatically flagged when the pre-defined time limit is exceeded, meaning staff can treat the order as a priority.

In order to bridge the gap in communication between delivery operators, call centers, kitchens, drivers, and operators, offers a cloud-based platform that can be accessed by users from multiple locations with synchronized real-time data. Multiple branches can be managed from a single account and all users can access sales information and current orders from the dashboard.
