I am saving time, money and no longer stress about ordering enough product. My clients receive a very clear and understandable proposal and contract. Communication is key to success and when working on a persons wedding or event I love they can see images of each bloom, pictures from their or your inspiration. This creates a beautiful working relationship where expectation are clear and what they will receive even clearer.
Easy use and continued branding. From start to finish everything we present the client is well polished and beautifully presented. On the back of house side. No more guessing on pricing, no more missed stem count, no more under charging, inventory is monitored, recipes for each items means staff will get the designers design right. The beautiful images in every proposal really "wows" the clients. Think a client is a "looksey" vet them first with the estimate portion. If they are pushy give them the executive proposal and keep your design under lock and key.
Making my old recipes find-a-ble. BUT it is only because I have used this for so long turning off and on was an option. Now it is an upgraded enhancement. . When creating a new recipe you have the option of turning this on or off. I just need to take time to find my favs and do it.

We are solving our pricing guidelines this program by being able to see the cost of each flower and item being added to each individual recipe, and minimizing errors in our client contracts which was also costing us in the end
This software greatly helped minimize errors in simple math, floral orders & recipes, and overall quantities on our client proposals . We have a pretty large inventory for a small company , so updating the item gallery to reflect each and every item took some time but overall transferring our previous client contracts to the software was pretty simple.
The biggest feature we feel is missing is a feature to track amounts of inventory sold on each individual day and notify when an item is oversold. We have spoken with your team & know the feature is on the way, which we will benefit from . Otherwise the only other issues we've had are glitches in search bars inside a worksheet / proposal

Create a beautiful and professional proposal for clients. I’ve already increased avg sales by using the software. New program with lots of room for growth. Price is great. Combines all of our steps into program. Amanda provides GREAT customer service! She is quick to respond and very thorough in helping you fix an issue.
Very difficult to use efficiently. Takes a lot of time to get around and get set up for a proposal. Saves every version which seems unnecessary. Wish it would auto save like other software programs we use.

I have seriously been thrilled with Details. In my own personal dream world they could add a CRM and drop the stupid stem counter but I am sure my needs differ a bit from others.
I love the way the proposals look, It is super straightforward to use, never a glitch or problem and excellent customer support by phone.
The stem counting feature just gets in my way. It is just not for me.

Details has helped me to better price and improve my revenue. The program also shows potential clients my train of thought and impresses them with the photos/organization.
The layout always impresses clients. The flower and decor item library is very helpful. It has truly helped me become better at pricing and booking clients.
Sometimes it can be frustrating to have to jump around the software's different sections and save all the time. Also occasionally cuts off flower names on items pages.

The software is very easy to use and the documents produced are beautiful. I love that I’m able to incorporate images into the proposals. It has certainly looks more professional and is a great visual piece to share with clients.
While I find it mostly very easy to use, I do feel there are features that are missing or could be improved. There are various aspects of the worksheet and proposal that I wish I had more control over and could customize.

I love Details Flower Software. Since using it, I have raised my profit margins and now can stay withing a budget when purchasing flowers.
I love that you can see the cost and the profit in one easy place! Before Details, I was overbuying and undercharging.
I would love to customize mark up for individual items on the worksheet.

Overall, it has been fabulous to provide my clients a complete vision by having the ability to upload conceptual photos with line item pricing and breakdown. This program has allowed me to book more weddings and events. The quote/contract has a very appealing look if you are good at floral color tones and design. I like the ability to easily amend the contract terms...especially now with COVID 19. Online signing is a great feature.
The ability to showcase a floral design look for the client. And, having pricing and quantities calculated from floral design recipes. An estimate while being a contract in one are a definite plus. Easy to make adjustments.
I'd like an auto save when going from page to page within the program. The high fees associated with online payments thru the program. Unrealistic fees.

I am able to see the exact of cost of everything I'm using to built my designs. Before using details, I had to do that all by hand and items would be forgotten, mark up not right, etc. I love knowing that what I'm proposing to my clients is exactly what I need to charge. I love having a professionally built proposal to give to my clients with every little detail of their event.
I have been using Details for 2 years and I love it. I am able to present professional proposals to my clients with so much details. From having the inspiration pictures the client has sent me to showing every single flower being used is so wonderful! My clients love it!
Would like to be able to add on multiple delivery sites to the delivery documents

From day 1, my experience has been fantastic. Even in the early days when I was new to the software, support was always there to answer questions (no matter how dumb they were). Now DETAILS has these monthly workshops that help users with certain features or discuss new features. They are elevating their customer support each and every year!

I love the many different abilities that are offered to tailor this software to your individual company.
There are so many options that sometimes it is difficult to navigate! I also REALLY wish that there was a mobile phone application available!!

Details Software has helped to elevate our business to the next level by giving us better pricing tools and beautiful proposals that our brides absolutely love. It allows us to really show our brides that we understand their vision and can bring it to life.
I love how this software helps me to keep my prices and margins where they should be, there is no more guessing or uncertainty. I have a much clearer picture of what my costs are going in so I can quote and budget with confidence. The proposal templates are so organized and beautiful. I feel like they really give me that wow factor when sending proposals to prospective brides.
I wish that the worksheet would auto save instead of me having to hit the save button. I have lost info a few times when I didn't save on one device and then opened the document on another device.

We used to do our wedding quotes in a word document and create an order in an excel spreadsheet. I had been referred to Details for a few months but kept balking at changing how we did things until I talked to Customer support! I can not explain how much this program has changed how we do things. Quotes used to take me hours to craft which now only take a half and hour and they look even better...
Its so easy to use, its beautiful (Brides are always telling me how pretty their quotes are), they are constantly evolving to better serve their clients.
I was scared of change at first and it takes some practice to get used to creating the right quote for your client but once you get the hang of it it couldn't be any easier.

They are extremely helpful and genuine. I feel a little overwhelmed sometimes trying to figure things out, but they are very understanding and walk me through.
I am not a very technical person at all, but I loved the idea and concept of what this program would do for me. We have multiple weddings and events every weekend, and this program helps to keep everything organized so that I can assign tasks, and still be able to design. It took me a little while to understand and implement, but due to the COVID 19 pandemic, I was able to watch their tutorials and webinars, and be able to understand all the great possibilities the program had. Now that I have had a little more time to concentrate on getting the program to where I need it to be and streamlining the technical part of my job, I am eager to get back to work, and see how this will make my job "easier"
Technology itself is what I like least. I don't know a lot of the "lingo", so for me to get the program to where it needed to be was a challenge. To me, it just seems to time consuming, but the webinars really helped and I feel that I have gotten my program to where I want it to be.

Details has been a life changer when it come to proposals. It has helped increase how closing ratios and bookings. It so easy for the client to understand and they love the creative design it has to offer. Almost every bride mentions how excited they are after seeing their proposal because it helps them see their vision coming to life.
I love how each client's proposal is so personal and is so easy for them to understand. I love how detailed the proposals are for the client and how easy they are to understand.
The update is a little confusing at times. I wish that the current page would move the booked clients completely over, instead of having them all potential clients in a catch all area.

Overall my experience with Details has been great. It is night and day from what I was using before to complete all of these tasks, and has made everything easier - from proposal design, to creating flower recipes, to pricing arrangements for increased profitability, to contracts, to payments. My business is more profitable, my clients pay and sign contracts much faster, and I feel much more organized.
Details has been hugely helpful in streamlining my sales/design/invoicing/and ordering process into one all-inclusive software. I went from using 3-4 different applications to service my clients, to using one software that does everything. The Event Dashboard makes it so easy to just open it up and check availability or track where clients are at in the process.
The interface does not feel particularly modern or smooth and options for customizing/formatting the proposal are slightly limited, which makes it slightly less fun to use. But all of the necessary functions are there, and I still get plenty of compliments on the proposals and how clean/organized they are. Overall a great design.

Creating clients and events is incredibly easy. There is a space to note almost any pertinent information for each event, which makes for simpler logistical planning and better trend tracking. The background capabilities of the software make building recipes and proposals easier than the world's best spreadsheet ever could. Compiling event-specific photos, each line item's details, company terms and conditions, and financial breakdowns in one clean document makes proposals look great! Web-based signatures and payments are perfect for the tech-forward world!
It would be so helpful if inspiration photos could be organized into different categories, instead of "ALL" and "Event Inspiration." I think we would benefit if the automatic updates to event information would include sending/opening the document so that we know when a client has viewed the proposal.

Easier to book clients, order product, pull inventories, and make my life as a planner more efficient of time and MONEY!!!
The ability to show not only all the flowers available, but also your in house inventory, linens, structures and misc products. It counts my stems, pulls my inventory, reminds me of payments due, stores contracts, coordinates my life as a planner. It basically is my Assistant....I can reach out to clients not only from my studio , but on any device tablet even my phone if I am out in the field. Instead of rummaging through files and trying to decipher my own handwriting, I can pull up every detail of a clients event including other vendors, timing, and wholesalers, swiftly and accurately.
With Details Flowers' team, there is nothing I don't like about the software. They are always there to listen to their clients (us)about what could work more efficiently and they are constantly implementing new tools.

We love using this system! Since signing up over two years ago, our business has double due to beautiful proposal layout/time saver. So easy to use and the company is top notch on all areas!!
We would like to see photos of the flowers when we print out our cost list aka Blooms and Greenery and on recipe list for ordering/designing.

For a florist focusing on event design, Details does 90% of the work for me. For the hours I would spend calculating stem costs, creating mood boards, and scheduling each couples payments and day of set up, Details has made a seamless system for our industry. So many of our couples are amazed and thank me for the easy to read proposal that I send over to them via Details and I know it gives them a great first impression of the quality of our work and our professionalism. I believe the proposal via Details helps us build the trust needed to get the bookings we have. I couldn't be more thankful for Details in our business.
Sometimes there are saving difficulties and it's challenging to put new flower items into the program. Or it's challenging to learn a new platform often. But it doesn't take long to learn it and the Details team is always there to help.

Stick with it! There is a learning curve and setting it all up takes time. Once you get through loading all your settings and photo's, and tweaking the content to your personal preferences, this tool is a dream come true! The customer service is outstanding! She has basically held my hand as I learn the ropes, and could not be nicer if she tried. I caught a small wording on an email that was a bit...
The customer support and the time it saves me! Oh and not having to do math anymore! This does all of that for me and gives me peace of mind that I'm not under/over pricing or ordering. I'm having fun putting the proposal together and I could never say that before!
Anything I would say here is already being addressed in near future updates, more customization and integration with quick books.

Everything I need is all in one place and I love that I can quickly make a proposal or recipe in minutes without having to do all the math as I go. It’s a life saver.
I absolutely love the detailed flowers software. I couldn’t imagine starting and running my business without it. It has saved me so munch time figuring recipes and stem counts for ordering flowers. Not only that the proposals are gorgeous and i get compliments all the time from clients in how organized and beautiful they are.
I would like to be able to edit the heading in the proposals. And edit the contract for each client with out changing the master copy. Price is very high.

The ease of creating a beautiful and professional proposal for my brides. I love being able to save recipes from past arrangements and track my costs with ease. It’s also nice having all the proposals in one place that I can easily look back on.
I would like to be able to upload multiple inspiration photos at a time instead of a one at a time. It would also be nice to be able to crop photos used on the cover page of the proposals to get the right part of the image. There is nothing else I would change!

Whenever I have any problems or questions, I can immediately get a hold of someone and they take care of things immediately. So helpful!
I love the time that Details has saved me when creating customized quote for my brides. For years I was pricing out the same pinterest pictures over and over and now I can just pop it into the quote without a second thought because I have done the math once!
When I started using the software, I could only use it for weddings and not events as well. I believe they are working on this feature and if it's not ready yet, will be soon. I haven't had a chance to check.
