Very good software from a very good company

I have quite a good experience with this company. I have always gotten great customer service or technical support anytime I needed it. Turns out I was making some things more complicated than they needed to be. They are extremely helpful.

Pros

Since I own both a retail store and service and construction company, I love that both the retail software and client database software are integrated into the same program, even though they can also stand alone. This makes inventory, ordering, sales processing, invoicing, and generating reports very easy and helpful in both of my companies.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve for this software initially, but any product with that many features would be expected to be the same.

Love my Wise Software

The task of keeping track of hundreds of customers and transactions

Pros

We have used this software for more than 25 years. It does what we need it to do. Recurring billing, credit card transactions, and reports. It has been exactly what we needed over the years.

Cons

Some parts of the software are unnecessary such as the check book options.
