Pros

SENSITIVE CONTENT]was wonderful in her explanation of the CRM system and it's features. She was very patient and provided excellent customer support.
Having he ability to just pick up the phone and call him for anything has been such a blessing.
The detailed descriptions about each vehicle are a great feature and the photos come out amazing. Also the ability to text potential customers right from the platform is really convenient.

Pros

I love that you can document everything, how easy it is to track everything. This system is great and compared to other systems I use, this one still wins me everytime.
It's a great software for business. It help my team and I communicate more and as a team, we accomplish performing our tasks at a great pace.
Integration was simple, and the customer service team was helpful and great at getting everything set up. The product itself is deep and powerful but without being too complex to use.

Cons

The generated car write ups need to be worked on. Grammatical and spelling errors and repeat information.
My lack of time to really learn all the new features.
Need a chat bot for interacting with customers on our website in real time. Website load speed is a bit low.

Cons

As a vendor scheduling repairs my only complain is confirming the location of the vehicles. That being said that may be more on an imputer issue than lack of the information in the software.
Getting everyone on board to move everything around was difficult at first, but that would be the worst thing about any similar product as well.
Sometimes we have an issue with vehicles not automatically updating into the software- when this happens it is very inconvenient to manually upload the vehicles.

Pros

Its easy to use, easy to learn, and super well organized. Makes it easier to find out what's happening to all the used cars as well as let every user know. Only thing I'd make it better is when a used car is approved, for some sort of notification.

Cons

It does not work with dealer-track so I have to rewrite estimates twice. Gets tedious.

GOOD TOOL FOR US. WE ALL LIKE IT THERE SOULD NOT BE A DEALER IN THE USA THAT DOENT HAVE IT.

Pros

USER FRIENDLY DONT CHANGE ANYTHING THAT IS YOU STRONG SUIT.

Cons

YOU SHOULD HAVE A REP FOR RAPID RECON AND HE SHOULD CALL THE STORE QUARTLY TO MAKE SURE IT IS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

Small suggestion to help save more time for people using the software

Pros

I love how this program helps keep a dealer organized and save time in the recon process. Even the most un organized dealer can hardly mess it up. Leaving notes when steps are completed has been the key to success and knowing whats finished and what's not at a glance. Some dealers think you just move it to the next step when completed but then you have to dig into the history to see where its been moved to and where to move it next

Cons

One of the previous versions of the Rapid recon mobile app had a button of some sort that essentially was "Step Done." So for instance when detail is done a car, they can just push Step Done" button that would leave a note in the comments saying Detail done , Name, date and time stamp. I am the contract inventory photographer, and currently I add comment stating - Photos done then the program...

The system works well. I can see our volume, receive recall alerts on new units, and keep a good handle on recon process.

Pros

This software helped identify where the bottle neck in our recon process existed so we could work on improving our recon time

Cons

the geo-tagging feature didn't work great when we deployed. We stopped using it as the accuracy wasn't really helpful on our size lot. With a larger lot, or a dealer with multiple lots it would be more helpful.

Keep Organized!

Its the first program I open when I get to work each day. Makes me very organized and makes keeping tabs on vehicles a breeze.

Pros

This software makes me incredibly organized. I know where my cars are at in each step, how far along in each step they are and how many days they have been in a certain step. Without this software my job would be a lot harder! I have recommended this software to other stores in my dealer group and they are all extremely happy with it.

Cons

not a lot. everything is easy to use and figure out

Pros

Much better than a notepad, needs some work to keep pace with the larger dealership

Cons

The software needs to be more intuitive, I personally login 40 to 80 times per day five days a week why should I have to scroll through 85 different categories to reach my location when I only use two or three categories. You should be able to customize so your items are at the top of the page for speed of use.We process 1500 used for retail and a 1000 used for wholesale per month.As a large dealer the current format Limitations slow down the process.
